Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Content Writer who can turn ideas into compelling stories. Someone who understands digital audiences, writes with clarity, and can create content that informs, engages, and converts.

If you enjoy writing SEO-friendly website content, powerful ad copies, insightful blogs, and thought-leadership posts — this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, SEO-optimized content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and articles
• Develop high-conversion ad copies for social media and performance campaigns
• Craft compelling scripts for reels, short videos, and brand narratives
• Create thoughtful and strategic leadership content for Founders’ LinkedIn profiles
• Produce social media copies that are scroll-stopping and platform-specific
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ensure content follows best SEO practices
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and video teams for content alignment
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all communication channels

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of proven experience in content writing (agency or digital background preferred)
• Strong command over English with exceptional writing and editing skills
• Ability to write for diverse formats — long-form, short-form, scripts, ads, SEO, and storytelling
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword usage

What you will be working on?

• Driving product implementation from conceptualisation to delivery. This would involve planning and breaking down projects, leading architectural discussions and decisions, building high quality documentation and architecture diagrams, and driving the execution end to end.
• Own the development practices, processes, and standards for your team
• Own the technical architecture, drive engineering design, and shoulder critical decisions
• Understand, prioritize and deliver the feature roadmap while chipping away at the technical debt
• Work effectively with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, developers, and QA
• Own the communication of the team’s progress and perception of the team itself
• Collaborate with the Support team to keep track of and triage technical issues and track them through to resolution
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment of the right talent for your team
• Continuously improve the productivity of your team by identifying investments in technology, process, and continuous delivery
• Own the morale of your team, unblock them at critical junctures, and break ties in a timely manner
• Own the careers of your team members, deliver regular and timely feedback, represent your team for annual reviews and reward your performers
• You will nurture and grow the team in order to deliver path-breaking solutions, as outlined above, for the business in the coming years

What we are looking for?

• 7+ years of total relevant experience with a minimum of one year of actively managing and owning the delivery of a high-performing engineering team.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with high degrees of vagueness.
• Excellent database knowledge and data modeling skills
• Excellent leadership skills to manage and mentor teams
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems
• Superior management skills to manage multi-engineer projects and experience in delivering high-quality projects on time
• Track record of individual technical achievement
• Excellent command in CS fundamentals and in at least one interpreted language (PHP / Python / RoR)
• Experience developing software in a commercial software product development environment

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Delhi-NCR

Responsibilities

Frontend:

• Develop responsive, intuitive interfaces using HTML, CSS (SASS), React, and Vanilla JS.
• Implement real-time features using sockets for dynamic, interactive user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent UI/UX patterns and deliver visually compelling products.

Backend:

• Design, implement, and maintain APIs using Python (FastAPI).
• Integrate AI-driven features to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Ensure the code adheres to best practices in performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.

Database & Data Management:

• Work with PostgreSQL for relational data, ensuring optimal queries and indexing.
• Utilize ClickHouse or MongoDB where appropriate to handle specific data workloads and analytics needs.
• Contribute to building dashboards and tools for analytics and reporting.
• Leverage AI/ML concepts to derive insights from data and improve system performance.

General:

• Use Git for version control; conduct code reviews, ensure clean commit history, and maintain robust documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that align with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in AI and emerging frameworks, and apply them to enhance our platform.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled iOS Developer (SDE II) to join our mobile engineering team. You will play a critical role in building and scaling high-performance iOS applications used by millions of users. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with the iOS ecosystem, understands architectural best practices, and is capable of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues.
• Maintain code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in iOS development.
• Strong command over Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, and the iOS SDK.
• Experience with MVVM/MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries (e.g., Alamofire, Realm).
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Familiarity with unit testing and performance tuning.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, or CoreML.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and Git workflows.

Dealing with Big Data to Complex Data Structures, From Inter Process Communication to sub 100 MilliSec server responses, From Distributed Systems to 99.999 Availability.
• Responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of 3-4 Engineers
• Responsible to drive delivery of a project/module and report to Product Owner
• Responsible for functional/technical tracking of a project/module
