My name is Nagendra P. from HRS Navigation. We are seeking an experienced C++/Qt Tech Lead to lead the design and delivery of high-performance, cross-platform software solutions. In this role, you will own technical architecture, drive engineering best practices, and mentor the team while collaborating closely with product and stakeholder groups.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in C++ development, including ownership of complex modules or systems.
• • Deep expertise in the Qt framework (Qt Widgets) for building robust, cross-platform desktop applications.
•  Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and system design; able to guide design reviews and trade-off decisions.
•  Proven experience building multi-threaded, performance-critical applications with a focus on concurrency and stability.
•  Strong knowledge of modern C++ and standard libraries; comfortable with writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
•  Hands-on expertise in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization using appropriate tools and techniques.
•  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations and deliver results.
•  Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to align teams and stakeholders on technical direction.

Tasks & Activities

• Proven, real-world experience architecting or leading healthcare applications, medical imaging, and graphics computing platforms.
•  Good understanding of CI/CD concepts, build and release automation, advanced computing, and core data structures.
•  Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. (must)
•  Strong working knowledge of version control systems such as Git (SVN is a plus).
•  Demonstrated experience designing systems for imaging datasets and other performance-critical workflows.
•  Experience applying AI/ML to medical or dental image analysis.
•  Exposure to assisted or automated diagnostic systems is a plus. Training staff / Onsite clients on software use.
•  Incorporate new technologies into the products.
•  Create technical and regulatory documents for the project.

Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Analyst Engineer, you will be expected to:

· Thoroughly analyze project requirements, design specifications, and user stories to understand the scope and objectives.

· Arrange, set up, and configure necessary test environments for effective test case execution.

· Participate in and conduct review meetings to discuss test plans, test cases, and defect statuses.

Execute manual test cases with precision, analyze results, and identify deviations from expected behavior.

· Accurately track, log, prioritize, and manage defects through their lifecycle, ensuring clear communication with developers until resolution.

· Maintain continuous and clear communication with the Test Manager and development team regarding testing progress, roadblocks, and critical findings.

· Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive test documentation, including:

o Detailed Test Plans

o Well-structured Test Cases for various testing processes

o Concise Summary Reports on test execution and defect status

o Thorough Test Data preparation for test cases

o "Lessons Learned" documents based on testing inputs from previous projects

o "Suggestion Documents" aimed at improving overall software quality

o Clearly defined Test Scenarios

· Clearly report identified bugs to developers with precise steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results, facilitating efficient defect resolution

Mandatory Experience Requirement

• Total experience: More than 7 years in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Experience in:
• Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS)
• Web Application Automation
• Automation frameworks and scripting tools
• Strong understanding of QA processes and defect lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Set up and manage test environments.
• Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Coordinate closely with developers and the Test Manager on issue resolution.
• Maintain test documentation including reports, test data, and quality improvement suggestions.
• Provide insights to improve overall product quality and performance.

• Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), presentation skills with a positive attitude to engage with stakeholders 
• At least 4 years of hands-oncoding experience in test automation, preferably VB script (must be presently working in automation project)
• At least 1 year of experience in Mobile automation (iOS and Android)
• Design, create and maintain Automated Test Scripts for the front end and back-end systems
• Enhance existing/create automation test frameworks
• Knowledge of pipeline execution
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies in sprint automation Test design and automation experience in web applications client-server applications mobile applications 
• Knowledge of Jira, BDD Cucumber etc.
