Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the

HVAC/MEP industry, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as

job boards, social media, professional networks, Consultancies, and industry

associations.

 Collaborate with Department HOD’s to understand staffing needs and develop job

descriptions and requirements for open positions.

 Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the

HVAC/MEP field, including engineers, sale engineers, project managers, and several

other positions.

 experience and screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills,

experience, and fit for specific roles.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with HOD’s.

 Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their technical competence,

cultural fit, and alignment with company values.

 Communicate effectively with candidates regarding the status of their applications,

next steps, and job offers.

 Promote the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the

HVAC/MEP industry.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate

profiles, interview notes, and hiring metrics.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on the

HVAC/MEP industry or related sectors.

 In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate

assessment methods.

 Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP disciplines, including technical skills and

qualifications required for various roles.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

effectively.

Minimum of 8 years of experience of which, 4 years should be of applied data mining

experience in disciplines such as Call Centre Metrics.

 Strong experience in advanced statistics and analytics including segmentation, modelling, regression, forecasting etc.

 Experience with leading and managing large teams.

 Demonstrated pattern of success in using advanced quantitative analytic methods to solve business problems.

 Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence/Data Mining tools to work with

data, investigate anomalies, construct data sets, and build models.

 Critical to share details on projects undertaken (preferably on telecom industry)

specifically through analysis from CRM.

Additional Requirements:

1. 10+ years of Software Development background.
2. Min 3 Years of working experience as an Architect.
3. Deep background knowledge in software development and architecture with Java for Enterprise solutions.
4. A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in CS or related field) from IITs and Premier Engineering College.
5. Excellent Object Orientation, coupled with excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
6. Highly skilled at Java and related technologies, including Java Frameworks like Spring-boot or Drop wizard, RESTful web services, J SON, Servlet, JSP, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, AWS, Solr.
7. Must have hands-on experience in building scalable and secure back-end systems.
8. Have hands-on experience with systems that are asynchronous, RESTful and demand concurrency
9. Good to have knowledge of best software engineering practices for all stages of the software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, deployment.
10. 5-9 years of software development experience in Java with web architecture and scalable design.
