Key Responsibilities

🔧 Production & Wiring Harness Operations

• Supervise day-to-day wiring harness production activities
• Ensure correct LVDS cable construction as per drawings and standards
• Monitor crimping processes and ensure crimp quality
• Perform and supervise continuity testing & Hi-Pot testing
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
• Ensure proper harness routing and connector assembly standards

🏭 Process & Machine Handling

• Operate and monitor crimping machines (semi-auto/manual)
• Handle cutting & stripping machines efficiently
• Operate taping machines
• Perform basic soldering operations when required
• Use crimp height micrometer and pull tester for quality checks

👥 Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead and supervise a team of 20–30 operators/technicians
• Manage shift-wise manpower planning and task allocation
• Conduct daily production briefings and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor productivity, quality, and discipline on the shop floor
• Handle team issues and conflicts professionally

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.

2. Issue Resolution

• Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

3. Customer Experience

• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure adherence to service quality standards and company policies.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Document feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 6 months–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

You will:

• Collaborate with the I-Stem Voice AI team and CEO to design, build and ship new agent capabilities
• Develop, test and refine end-to-end voice agent models (ASR, NLU, dialog management, TTS)
• Stress-test agents in noisy, real-world scenarios and iterate for improved robustness and low latency
• Research and prototype cutting-edge techniques (e.g. robust speech recognition, adaptive language understanding)
• Partner with backend and frontend engineers to seamlessly integrate AI components into live voice products
• Monitor agent performance in production, analyze failure cases, and drive continuous improvement
• Occasionally demo our Voice AI solutions at industry events and user forums

• Skilled in building and tuning transformer-based speech models and handling real-time audio pipelines
