Job Description: Node JS Developer ( JD 102)

No of Position : 45

• Programming in Node.js

• Experience with server-side templating languages

• Experience with Express.js, Loopback, Sails JS, Meteor.js or other

frameworks.

• Experience consuming and building robust, SOAP and REST ful APIs

• Experience with Relational Databases like Mongo DB, MySQL

• Solid understanding and extensive experience with version controltools like

Git, SVN or Mercurial

• Exceptional problem solving and ability to work independently

• Exceptional learning skills

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• Knowledge of writing efficient codes.

• Understanding front-end applications.

• Working with authorization and authentication of the user.

• Having error-handling skills.

• Creating database schemes and many more.

• Using third party with services with developed system.

Basic Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical

Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2+ years’ Experience in Software Development Organisation

required.

• Strong Communication skill and problem solving skill

• Ability to take ownership of work stream, operate without close supervision

and work across the organisation

• Self-discipline in order to finish work on a timely basis.

Experience: 2-5 Years experience

Skills:

Core PHP (Knowledge of functions, Methods, PHP OOPS Concept, Ajax, MySQL, Jquery), Javascript, Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, MVC Structure 

• Work with stakeholders and fellow developers.
• Design and implement Python code using the Django framework.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code.
• Identify and fix software bugs.
• Create a wide variety of unit tests to verify the functionality of software.
• Manage the security of the platform.
• Write detailed documentation around the code.
• Knowledge of front end languages.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Own the coding/design of a sub-module
• Review the requirements and provide simple solutions  
• Design the sub-module working with the tech-lead
• Hands-on code the critical parts of the module
• Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases and project mgmt processes are followed
• Mentor the junior programmers
• Peer and junior programmers code review
• Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Coding and operating node.js based services
• Participate actively in design discussions and defining the long-term architecture of the system.

• Programing Language: Html5, JavaScript, Node JS, Angular JS, MySQL, MongoDB

• Hands on in application development using with NodeJs with Express framework, as the code-behind language and MariaDB(MySQL) and MongoDBas the Database data consumer

• Extensive experience in design and development of applications using Web technologies like CSS, JavaScript and HTML.

• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
