Senior Tech Lead

We are looking for .Net developers/performers to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will be the core developer of an existing product for the healthcare industry based in the US.

In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.

What are we looking for?

• 4 to 9 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
• Must have this skill sets : C# oops knowledge, .net web technologies, .net MVC, SQL Server, .Net Core
• Good to have this Skills: JQuery, Xamarin, Design Patterns
• Extensive experience working with at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of front end frameworks like Angular, React will be an added advantage.

  • Enjoy Event-Driven Design Patterns and Event Sourcing.
  • Familiar with Document Store Databases (like Cosmos DB / Mongo DB).
  • Knowledge in Modular Architecture and Microservices.
  • Comfortable leading large technical projects.
  • Knowledge of any cloud services AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Good understanding of ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
  • Experience with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).

• Over 2 years of Dynamics NAV consultancy experience/ Minimum 1 Yr experience in Business Central
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009/2013/2015/2016
• Undertake the design, coding, testing, releasing the code, and NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central support
• Proficient in RDLC Report Development & SQL Server Database
• Experience working on the technical side of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Should be fluent and conversant with (A/L, C/AL & C/Side) Programming and ability to do developments independently
• Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
• Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal. 
• Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members.

• Experience working with Lamp Stack/PHP code
• Proficiency in Magento and/or WordPress is strongly preferred

• Have experience in CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Jquery Mobile, Bootstrap
• Design, population, updating & editing of relational databases and RDBMS like SQL, MySql.
• Experience with using server like XAMPP is a Plus
• Known with usage of web technology like Ajax with PHP
• Having an experience with building Responsive UI Design with industry standard frameworks
• Work in a team environment creating and supporting enterprise grade applications
• Help architect, design new applications and support existing applications

Requirements:

• Exp: 3 - 8 years.
