Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, acquire, and nurture relationships with strategic publishers.
- Manage a team of 2-3 Publisher Development Representatives.
- Contribute to client's publisher development strategies.
- Study clients' existing advertising options, advising on seamless integration with our offerings.
- Articulate our client's value proposition across media solutions and ad technology, through both written and verbal communication.
- Build relationships across publisher organizations (executives, sales teams, ad ops, research).
- Track and manage the publisher acquisition pipeline and account activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy, techniques, and execution.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process from pre-sale to close, providing ongoing sales consultation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- 5-7 years of industry experience, including 2 years with US Publishers.
- Previous roles in ad-serving technology, ad networks, or large Ad tech companies preferred.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and knowledge of pre and post-sales processes.
- Existing relationships with large premium publishers are preferred.
- High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about a fast-paced startup environment.

- Driving performance campaigns across Mobile, Desktop, App/APK
- Identifying and onboarding new affiliates and monitoring affiliate promotions
- Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current affiliates
- Lead business development initiatives for user growth

- Keeping track of affiliate performance, lead quality, and payments
- Strong Media buying & negotiation skills

About the Role:
We are looking for a person who has a deep understanding of the affiliate & mobile marketing ecosystem and has relevant experience with mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer, branch, segment, firebase etc.
Should be able to handle deliveries of mobile & web campaigns such as CPI, CPR, CPE, CPA, CPS, and others.
Objectives:
You will be responsible to create and optimize Performance/Affiliate/Paid campaigns as per the business objective; Own weekly reporting for the same.
The primary focus will be on Affiliate campaigns followed by other channels such as PPC.
You will be handling the day-to-day management of campaigns with a heavy focus on getting the best ROI.
Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance marketing effectiveness.
Lead a team of performance marketers to help conceptualize, develop and test campaigns to improve performance.
Analyze the market, competitors, and audience- providing actionable insights

Very strong knowledge of the mobile ecosystem. Experienced in navigating mobile platforms (Apple, Google) throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning and buying for the campaign and meet client's KPIs.
Understanding of mobile KPIs, especially as they relate to forecasts, P&Ls, and deal evaluation
Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management, cross-functionally and externally
