We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Planning professional to manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves maintaining and updating project planning templates including milestones, deliverables, risk logs, and dependency trackers. You will be responsible for driving regular review cadences (weekly/fortnightly), stakeholder meetings, and ensuring clear communication with clients including MOMs, scope changes, and escalations. The candidate will identify bottlenecks, manage internal and external dependencies, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination. Additionally, the role requires maintaining visibility across projects, managing escalation matrices, and supporting timeline renegotiations when required.
