About the role:  ( Product Designer) 

Dosti Global Inc. is looking for an experienced Product Designer with AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Pro-E software knowledge to assist in the production of CAD models using AutoCAD and other programs, as well as a keen eye for detail. You will work directly with the design team and the founder in this position to understand the needs and deliverables.

 Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Develop designs from scratch.
• Ensuring designs meet prerequisites
•  Provides existing product line support in design activities and/or modification of hardware in production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing concepts.
• Knowledge of the change management process.
• Creating plans and designs using AutoCAD technology.
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project
• Capability to record each activity in a clear and precise manner
• Ensure product designs meet required standards 

Eligibility :

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree 
• Minimum of 2-5 years of  proven experience design work experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our organization and carrying out day-to-day HR-related tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and through knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Talent Acquisition:

• Identify and source IT professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidate’s technical skills.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and tech leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future openings, and build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
• Process onboarding, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and work environment.
• Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with legal requirements and company policies.

HR executive:

• Support employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leave management.
• Coordinate with vendors for HR-related tasks.
• Contribute to developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Participate in HR policy implementation, HR software implementation, and employee engagement activities.
• Display an attitude of being a friendly person.
• Good knowledge of Google spreadsheets, Google Docs, MS Teams, and HR software.
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication in English

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
• Proven track record of successfully filling IT roles across various levels, from junior to senior positions.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

The ideal candidate would be a person having a strong technical know-how of Drupal application development & CMS concepts, backed with an equally strong hands-on experience. He / She should be fluent with the design concepts using Drupal 8 and above(Must) as well as be well versed with the best practices in the development, testing & deployment phases.

Major Accountability

• Demonstrate expertise in authoring & customizing Drupal modules as well as have experience in working with views, panels and features.
• Carry-out impact analysis & estimation for given set of requirements.
• Develop code by adhering to the Drupal, security and accessibility standards.
• Act as liaison with the client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Work self-directed and independently.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Have overall 4-8 years of IT experience on Drupal 8 platforms.
• Have expertise in developing complex websites based on Drupal 8 platforms and framework-based web applications.
• Have expertise in LAMP environment.
• Have working knowledge of web servers like Apache, Nginx etc.
• Have strong experience with source/version control systems.
• Have excellent communication, analytical & presentation skills.

Education

• Minimum education: B.E., BTech, MCA
• Languages: English written & spoken

• Design and develop innovative, company impacting products and services to support infrastructure operations
• Design, develop and implement object-oriented PHP applications from prototype through implementation
• Integrate open source and commercial enterprise applications into an exposed API and web-based portal
• Create highly scalable and performant REST/SOAP web services
• Keep focus on end users and goals all through the development process
• Work closely with product management and stakeholders to ensure applications meet needs and expectations
• Adhere to the highest levels of technical discipline and excellence to set a standard for the larger development organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or comparable extra work experience
• Solid experience with SQL and relation databases
