Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing tool.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ticketing tool and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with support processes is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues efficiently.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description:

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Able to drive the technology design meetings, propose technology design and architecture
• Experienced in the design and delivery of enterprise level Highly Available solutions
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of implementation
• Collaborate with Pre-sales team on RFP
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
• Experienced to Migrate applications to cloud
• Experienced to create Data Lake and Data warehouse solutions
• Ability to implement the solution as per technical requirements
• Identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance including Active Directory modern Application Architecture (Queue’s, Micro-Services, Containers etc)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Project management and leadership skills are essential.
• 4+ years of experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure (MS Azure, GPC).
• Working knowledge of MS Azure technology stack and related technology (ie. Data Factory, Data Flow, Synapse Analytics, Synapse ML, Gen2 storage, etc.).
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture.
• Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
• Good to have Azure ML experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• MS Azure Certification: Fundamentals, Solution Architect, Data Engineer

• Driving advertising revenues and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Optimizing ad formats and backend software to maximize CPMs and Inventory fill rates without compromising on user experience
• Assessing different ad networks, negotiating the best rates
• Developing, implementing and maintaining timelines across multiple departments
• Translating strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Working closely with the product, engineering and business teams on the development, QA and release of the products
• Working closely with our M&A team to identify apps worth purchasing, price to pay and revenue optimization upside
• Working on Ad Hoc projects that the company may need to prioritize or ask you to get involved with basis your expertise

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience
• Strong experience in a mobile ad revenue and monetization role
• Hands-on experience in managing monetization across a portfolio of mobile products
• Knowledge of Ad Networks, Mediation and RTB
• Understanding of the Google AdMob framework and experience in dealing with ITV issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to ideate & execute
• Experience managing & executing monetization across multiple apps (products) and use cases is a big plus    

• Automate and maintain ML and Data pipelines at scale
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on feature development teams to containerize and build out deployment pipelines for new modules
• Maintain and expand our on-prem deployments with spark clusters
• Design, build and optimize applications containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes and AWS or Azure

• 5 years of IT experience in data-driven or AI technology products
• Understanding of ML Model Deployment and Lifecycle
• Extensive experience in Apache airflow for MLOps workflow automation
• Experience is building and automating data pipelines
• Experience in working on Spark Cluster architecture
• Extensive experience with Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with standard concepts and technologies used in CI/CD build, deployment pipelines using Jenkins
