About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about building a people-first culture from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to off-boarding—and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies aligned with company growth plans.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage offers and negotiations.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
2. Policy Development & Governance
- Design, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures that support company culture and compliance.
- Ensure all employees are informed of and adhere to company policies.
- Regularly review and update policies to meet evolving organizational needs.
3. Data-Driven HR
- Track and analyze HR metrics (e.g., recruitment funnel, retention, engagement).
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular HR reports and updates to leadership.
4. Culture & Engagement
- Champion company vision, mission, and values.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employee well-being.
5. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage documentation.
- Partner with legal advisors as necessary on compliance and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager (preferably in a startup or fast-scaling organization).
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor law compliance.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and developing hiring strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics and analytics tools.

- MBA with an Engineering degree
