Requirements:
- MS or PhD. in Statistics, or a related field, with relevant work experience, preferably in a laboratory science environment.
- Demonstrated application of statistical methods, including descriptive and inferential statistics, general linear and mixed models and statistical design of experiments.
- Strong computational/programming skills: proficient in programming with html, R, Python, SQL or equivalent, knowledge of a variety of commercial statistical/computational packages, familiar with Linux, cloud computing and high performance computing environment.
- Independently develop and deploy statistical / computation applets using Python and R.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain statistical concepts in the context of experimental goals.
- Good team player with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.
- The ability to be independent and learn new skills quickly.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
Desired:
- Coursework in a scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, engineering).
- Prior experience working in pharmaceutical research and development.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Spotfire or Tableau.

Job Description:
Field Sales Executive
Experience Required:
· Minimum 2 years in relevant industry (FemTech, Healthcare, Wellness, Pharma required)
Key Responsibilities:-
· Conduct direct field sales and product demos to potential customers.- Visit clinics, pharmacies, wellness centres, and residential areas as per assigned territory
· Achieve monthly sales targets and growth KPIs.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve sales strategies
· Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager
· Ensure proper product placement and branding visibility.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in relevant industries (FemTech, HealthTech, Wellness, Pharma)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and target-driven.- Must own a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license.- Comfortable with daily field visits and travel across assigned locations

- Develop new key account relationship and act as the main point of contact to ensure effective communication and services deliveries to meet or exceed client expectations
- Provide ongoing customer and technical support for products and services
- Assist in preparing quotations, provide pricing and availability of products
- Entry of orders, process and invoices
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with logistics and lab during all steps of the ordering process from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain existing accounts by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products/solutions
- Participate in business development strategies.
- Responsible for the business growth and execution of business development/sales strategy to achieve the target.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge; participate in industry trade shows and conferences
- Review and maintain assigned accounts in the CRM for accuracy.
- Extensive exposure and knowledge in exports documentation, shipment and sales generation is must.
