1. Network Engineering & Team Leadership

• Architect & Maintain: Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud infrastructure on AWS) supporting both corporate offices and widespread on-site clinic networks.
• Lead the Team: Mentor and manage a team of system/network engineers, setting clear milestones, managing internal ticketing escalations, and conducting performance reviews.
• Uptime & Redundancy: Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical health-tech delivery systems by monitoring network traffic, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and implementing failover mechanisms.

2. Data Privacy & Compliance Safeguards

• Privacy Infrastructure: Implement strict access control mechanisms, data encryption standards (at rest and in transit), and zero-trust network frameworks to protect sensitive personal health information (SPI/PHI).
• Access Control & Governance: Define, implement, and enforce robust Access Control policies (including Least Privilege and Role-Based Access Control) across all corporate and clinical network environments to prevent unauthorized data exposure.
• Access Reviews & Audits: Establish and oversee routine, formalized Access Review processes, ensuring user permissions, administrative privileges, and third-party access are regularly audited, validated, and revoked when no longer required.
• Regulatory Alignment: Align IT, network policies, and access governance protocols with Indian data protection laws (DPDP Act) and global healthcare standards (HIPAA principles).
• Audit Readiness: Conduct routine network vulnerability assessments, comprehensive security audits, and firewall updates to preemptively patch security risks and maintain clean compliance logs.

3. Data Understanding & Visualization

• Infrastructure Analytics: Look beyond raw logs. Analyze data flow patterns, bandwidth utilization, and system performance logs to deeply understand network health.
• Executive Dashboards: Transform complex IT operational data, compliance metrics, and access audit logs into intuitive, actionable visual dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Present clear data trends to the executive leadership team regarding resource utilization, forecasting future capacity needs, and justifying infrastructure spend.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in IT network engineering, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity. Experience in Health-tech, Fintech, or highly regulated domains is a massive plus.

Technical Stack Expertise:

• Networking: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto), VPN configuration, and AWS Cloud Networking (VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect).
• Data Privacy & Access Management: Proven familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data masking techniques, data classification protocols, and managing formalized user access review cycles.
• Data Visualization: Hands-on proficiency with visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight).

Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Providing support to the Enterprise level clients in configuration of the Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points and CPPM server

·      Troubleshooting all kind of network and user connectivity issues post deployment

·      Fault localization and restoration of service over remote session

·      Handling POC cases and escalation tickets as well

·      Making configuration changes as per customer’s requirement and wireless environment

·      Co-ordinate with multi-vendors engineers to have successful user authentication like Layer-2 Security features 802.1x authentication, Port security and VLAN Mobility

·      Co-ordinate with L3 Engineers to resolve critical issues        

·      Effectively handle network outage issues and resolve them in a timely manner

·      Configuring Authentication and encryption in wireless networks with Clear pass

·      Working with AAA configuration, including AD, LDAP, RADIUS for Windows and MAC OS X platform

·      Reviewing the WLAN configuration of customers and identifying any configuration mistakes that could cause potential issues

·      Recreating/simulating the customer’s issues in the local lab to verify the issue and provide an effective resolution

·      Providing network support for client’s wired and wireless networks via remote management and telephone

·      Conduct technical discussion with level 1 engineers on weekly basis

Required Skills:

·      CCNA certified with Wireless Knowledge

·      Basic Knowledge on any of Aruba Clear Pass, FortiNAC, Cisco ISE NAC solution

·      Basic implementation skills on Aruba Clear Pass for Wired, Wireless and Guest NAC solution.

·      Must have experience in configuring switches, routers.

·      Must provide technical support for the team & projects during escalation.

·      Good understanding of dot1x, mac authentication and solution for BYOD

·      Capable to prepare HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design) for new requirements.

• Perform technical feasibility studies of new technologies and architectures, including evaluation of OTS cloud offering.
• Generate entire software image for the target device, including the kernel, device drivers, libraries, and application software, and the bootloader for proprietary IOT connectivity device(s).
• Software packaging with RPM building and management
• Define the process to upgrade the new Linux package to existing hardware at customer premises
• Configuration and Troubleshoot of the proprietary IOT connectivity devices for internal R&D teams during their development and verification
• Automate the creation and distribution of keys and certificates
• Understand, implement, and automate security controls for IoT connectivity devices.
• Tune server and application-level performance monitoring and alerting.
• Help define our roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs, considering architectural issues and tradeoffs
• Understand and manage integration points with other systems that interface with your applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking / Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Networking, shell scripting, and Linux internals, with a development background.
• Strong understanding of Networking concepts like VPC, Route tables, Host base router firewall, SSH, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Virtual IPs, VPN
• Linux System Administration and Networking work experience
• Configuring Firewalls(IP tables/firewall) and security software
• Able to generate Linux packages, and configure based on business needs.
• Passion for cybersecurity. Ability to build secured Linux packages with antivirus and security patches.
• Shell, Python scripting experience
