Job Description

• The team member will be responsible for preparing individual, company and trust tax returns, ensuring

accurate and timely completion of all accounting tasks, and working closely with other members of

the accounting team to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.

• Must be proficient with any software viz. QBO / XERO / MYOB

• Calculation of posting of month-end/year-end adjustments such as Accrued Interest, Provision of

expenses, Accrued Income, Pre-paid expenses, Deferred Income, etc.

• Must have knowledge of FTC

Qualifications

• Qualification:-Qualified/dropout CA/CMA, MBA (Finance),M.Com.B.com,

• Knowledge and skills:- Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Taxation work through software like MYOB,

QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNTING & TAXATION

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient in accounting software, MS Office and Excel

MySQL Database Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AWS-Azure Data Engineer with expertise in Snowflake to join our team in Bangalore. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data infrastructure and systems using AWS, Azure, and Snowflake. Your primary focus will be on developing scalable and efficient data pipelines, optimizing data storage and processing, and ensuring the availability and reliability of data for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines on AWS and Azure to ingest, process, and transform data from various sources.
2. Optimize data storage and processing using cloud-native services and technologies such as AWS S3, AWS Glue, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, etc.
3. Implement and manage data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
5. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
3. Strong proficiency in data modelling, ETL development, and data integration.
4. Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including hands-on experience with data storage and processing services.
5. In-depth knowledge of Snowflake, including schema design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
6. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation and automation tasks.
7. Familiarity with data governance principles and security best practices.

Responsibilities:

Project Management role details:

• Lead a team of 5-10 software engineers.
• Create, own the software delivery schedules and software deliverables.
• Track and ensure completion of tasks on time by team members.
• Own the quality of delivered software and ensure thorough testing is done during software development.
• Provide project metrics and status reports using pre-established process.
• Ensure smooth functioning of team, mentor team members, growth of team members.
• Hold project status meetings and publish weekly status reports.
• Provide feedback and data for Annual Appraisal process of team members.
• Create or modify processes to ensure efficient running of projects.

Technical role details:

• Understand product requirements clearly and translate into User stories, Sprints.

  • Should have 10+ years of total experience in software development and project management functions put together.
  • Have minimum people management experience for 2 or more years handling team size of 5 or more team members.
  • Strong experience across various stages of software development lifecycle involving requirements gathering, software design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Should be a strong team player.
  • Strong experience with project management tools JIRA knowledge is a plus.
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies preferably Scrum.
