We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior React Native Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage software development projects across diverse domains such as Gaming, Banking, Fintech, Fantasy Sports, IT, E-commerce, Logistics, Healthcare, and On-Demand Services. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

Skill Sets

• Startup Experience: Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering impactful results in a startup environment.
• Relevant Experience: 3-9 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on building high-performance, scalable, and maintainable React Native applications.
• React Native Expertise: Extensive experience with React Native, including deep knowledge of its ecosystem, libraries, and tools.
• JavaScript & TypeScript: Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Mobile Development: Hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android, with a strong understanding of platform-specific guidelines and best practices.

The role is office-based, working from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM & all Saturdays & Sundays are off.

Key Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in React-Native based app development is a must.
• Must have published at least 1 major React-Native app
• 2+ years of experience in building consumer facing Mobile Applications in React or React Native (Layouts, animations, etc.)

• Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel perfect interfaces.
• Good understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns
• Strong focus on app performance
• Sound knowledge of any type of mobile app development Native(android) or Hybrid.
• Good Experience of working in React Native and its supporting architectures.
• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
• Strong working experience with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Ability to quickly learn React Native with Redux.
• Ability to write clean code.
• Familiarity with version control management system (e.g. git)
• Knowledge of Scrum development and DevOps

Roles/Responsibilities: 

• Work on React Native on the front end to develop Android/iOS Apps.
• Write JavaScript code in React native for the app logic. Write business logic using Reducers, Actions and Redux framework.
• Create Android/iOS specific UI for Mobile apps.
• Integrate with Native plugins or custom written plugins for specific platforms.
• Write Modular, organized and robust code.
• Write Unit tests for your code.

What will you do? (but not limited to)

• Design, develop, and maintain our mobile applications using either Flutter or React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to design and develop innovative features that align with our mission and user needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices, and conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the software to ensure optimal performance, security, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
• Drive architectural decisions and lead efforts to scale and improve our codebases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Who can apply?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mobile Application Developer with a proven track record in developing and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in React Native, with a deep understanding of cross-platform mobile development and app architecture.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (for React Native), and familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ, and other IDEs.

 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps.  Experiencing fine tuning applications to improve performance and memory utilization.  Thorough understanding of iOS development for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch  Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc.  String knowledge in Restful, SOAP APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services  Strong knowledge of Storyboard, Autolayout, ARC.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.  experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc  Experience with offline storage, threading, multitasking, and performance and memory tuning with  tools  (such as Instruments).  Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines  Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred  Knowledge of Graph APIs is preferred.  Familiarity with cloud message APIs, Local and push notifications  Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, TFS or SVN)  Familiarity with continuous integration.
