Customer Support Executive Role (For ERP Software, Accounting & GST)

Role Overview

This role involves supporting existing customers using our ERP software. The support is focused on accounting operations, billing, and GST-related queries. The position requires regular customer interaction and live problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to ERP software usage
• Resolve accounting entries, billing, and GST-related issues
• Guide customers step-by-step during live calls
• Provide remote support using AnyDesk / UltraViewer
• Escalate complex issues when required

Mandatory Eligibility

• Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of accounting entries
• Comfortable communicating with customers on calls
• Willing to work on-site at Lower Parel, Mumbai
• Freshers who are good in accounting can also.

Job title: DLP Engineer

1- 2 years experience installing Forcepoint Cososys or Netskope.

Job Description:

· Deploy and configure DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, CoSoSys, or Netskope across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.

· Customize DLP policies and rules to address organizational data security needs.

· Continuously monitor data flow and detect unauthorized access or data exfiltration attempts.

· Analyze DLP alerts and logs to identify potential threats and escalate as necessary.

· Develop, implement, and manage DLP policies to prevent data breaches and leaks.

· Integrate DLP solutions with other security tools, including SIEM.

· Provide technical support for DLP tools and resolve related issues promptly.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DLP technologies, particularly Forcepoint, CoSoSys, and Netskope.

Working Days: 6 days working, Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday off)

Primary Role & Responsibility:

As a software engineer, your daily work involves technically challenging applications and projects where your code makes a direct contribution to the further development and upkeep of our software suite and to its application in projects.

You should be able to create Splunk dashboards, apps and should have good understanding of source interfaces for Splunk.

You should have idea of onboarding of data from different sources like JSON, XML, syslog, errorlog files.

The often complex functionality of the software includes business logic, controls for logistical transport, communication with external computer systems, reporting, data analysis and simulation. This functionality is spread across various components. You design, program and test the software based on a design concept and a set of requirements. Desired Profile & Experience: Knowledge of Kafka and experience with Java

• Splunk Architecture, on-premise and cloud based deployment.
• IoT edge.

• Analytical skills and capabilities to understand how raw (unstructured) data needs to be transformed into processed information.

· Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to build, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functions.

· Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.

· Uphold and promote best practices, design guidelines for security practices.

· Day to day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platforms

· Support the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.

· Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.

Skills and Qualifications

· At least 2 years of experience with technical implementations

· In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce development and standard features

· Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configurations

· Should be aware about the best practices and governance limits.

· Leverage recommended frameworks.

· Knowledge in SFDC database with SOQL & SOSL

· Strong Salesforce development experience including working knowledge and ability to code in APEX (classes, triggers, batch processes and web services, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.com.
