Job Description :

- We are looking for a seasoned Computer Vision Engineer with AI/ML/CV and Deep Learning skills to
play a senior leadership role in our Product & Technology Research Team.
- You will be leading a team of CV researchers to build models that automatically transform millions of ecommerce, automobiles, food, real-estate ram images into processed final images.
- You will be responsible for researching the latest art of the possible in the field of computer vision,
designing the solution architecture for our offerings and lead the Computer Vision teams to build the core
algorithmic models & deploy them on Cloud Infrastructure.
- Working with the Data team to ensure your data pipelines are well set up and
models are being constantly trained and updated
- Working alongside product team to ensure that AI capabilities are built as democratized tools that
provides internal as well external stakeholders to innovate on top of it and make our customers
successful
- You will work closely with the Product & Engineering teams to convert the models into beautiful products
that will be used by thousands of Businesses everyday to transform their images and videos.

Job Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience overall.
- Looking for strong Computer Vision experience and knowledge.
- BS/MS/ Phd degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject from a ivy league institute
- Exposure on Deep Learning Techniques, TensorFlow/Pytorch
- Prior expertise on building Image processing applications using GANs, CNNs, Diffusion models
- Expertise with Image Processing Python libraries like OpenCV, etc.
- Good hands-on experience on Python, Flask or Django framework
- Authored publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences (e.g. NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR,ICCV, ACL)
- Prior experience of managing teams and building large scale AI / CV projects is a big plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

We ideally need someone who loves working on a long-term product, but also likes to dabble in experimental prototyping. We need someone who can handle coding for a large scale product, and is happy working independently and being self-motivated. You should also be able to prioritise tasks to work on the most important aspects before just the fun stuff. - You should also be in the habit of writing well-documented, clean code, to be able to pass successful projects on to other developers to iterate upon and flesh out. - You should have a keen interest in keeping up to date with modern coding practices. We love to see creativity and experiments, especially with web technologies working with Industry 4.0 technologies like AR/VR and IoT. Description :- Experienced in Computer Vision tools/frameworks (OpenCV, CUDA, etc.).- Experience with tools like TensorFlow and datasets like Coco, Caffe, etc.- Good understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) + HTML5 + CSS3.- Working knowledge of C/C++ & Python.Nice to haves :- WebGL/Three.js is a plus.- Experience with WebAR/WebVR (collectively WebXR)Most important :1. We are looking for a full-stack developer with  3+ years of experience in NodeJS and frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/JS + ReactJS + VueJS

- Strong Coding Skills
- Experience building scalable products
- 3+ years of experience in NodeJS with an understanding of callbacks, async/await, promises,
  asynchronous functions, usage of third-party libraries, ExpressJS, PassportJS etc
- Good command over Data Structure, Algorithms
- Experience working with NoSQL & SQL Databases like Mysql, MongoDB, ElasticDB, Redis etc
- Good design skills
- The ability to produce bug-free and production-grade code

Roles and Responsibility:
• Lead the entire back-end and front-end technology team and act as the go-to resource with in-depth knowledge of technology and product best practices and standards.
• Build scalable backend product architecture that scales through millions of transactions per day.
• Build support systems for monitoring, billing, administration, etc.
• Acting as a single person of contact for the entire product vertical and liaising with the business team to aid the business needs.
• Directly Responsible for the user experience on the platform. Willingness to learn new technologies as required and able to incorporate machine-learning, AI and Big data as the product evolves.
• Responsible for validating the technical feasibility of product ideas, and suggesting likely technical platforms and build-buy options for such ideas.
• Plan and set up a smooth development cycle for getting features from user stories to products.
• Responsible for building deep tech products related to Face Biometrics, Image Forensics, and Risk Analysis.

Skills Required:

Must have:
• Candidate with minimum 5-10 years of solid tech experience, preferably in a growing Start-up.
• Proven Experience in leading the full cycle of mobile (Android/IOS) and web application development processes, from design to implementation.
• Well-versed with tech stacks like Node, Python, Java and/or other latest languages.
• Proven ability to build a solid team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with performance testing and optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Great analytical skills, data-driven decision making and evolution with technology trends.
• Stronghold in backend development and algorithms.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Data Analysis.

Good to have:
• Exposure to financial risk modeling is a plus.
• Exposure to Image Processing is a plus.
• Exposure to the blockchain is a plus.

The right candidate should be commercially knowledgeable (business acumen) and pragmatic, and have an understanding of a wide range of technologies and methodologies, and should have the ability to choose which fits best. Experience building a technology team or work with a small team from start at a start-up is a plus.
