Job Title: Web Developer

Location: Gurgaon, Phase 5 (Work From Office)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Salary Range: ₹2.5 - 3 LPA (depending on experience and expertise)

Joining Timeline: Immediate to 15 days

Additional Requirement: Candidates must carry their own laptops to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Website and App Development:

• Develop and maintain websites, online order pages, landing pages, and Android/iOS apps for brands.
• Push apps live after obtaining brand confirmations.

Query Resolution:

• Resolve queries related to websites, apps, and phone sites within defined timelines.
• Quality check resolutions for apps and websites after creation.

Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot issues related to performance or user experience.
• Raise technical queries to internal channels and create JIRA tickets when necessary.
• Provide supporting videos or detailed information for issues raised to the Tech team.

SSL and Security Management:

• Ensure all brand websites are SSL-secured and reinstate SSL if required.

Collaboration and Documentation:

• Work closely with the marketing team and other teams to meet client delivery deadlines.
• Maintain software documentation using tools like Coda.

Innovation and Improvements:

• Propose process improvements, performance enhancements, and innovative ideas.
• Develop dashboards or other tools for internal and client-facing needs.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Write and review code for web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Test web applications for optimal performance and user experience.
• Ensure attention to detail (ATD) with minimal errors or basic mistakes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum a year) in web development, with strong knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• XML and responsive design principles
• Hands-on experience in app development for Android and iOS platforms.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for performance or user experience issues.
• Familiarity with SSL setup and maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of technical documentation tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional Web Development
• Proven software development experience in Core PHP, Codeigniter, WordPress; Laravel is a plus.
• Must have 2+ yrs experience in VueJs.
• Experience in ReactJs, NodeJs is a plus.
• Excellent Software Design and Architecting capabilities
• Complete familiarity with client-side scripting and Angular JS, Ember JS , JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.

Python/Django Developer will be responsible for implementing the relevant Server-Side Architecture for a Web Application based on the client's requirement for new and existing products. • Good understanding of NestJS, Next.JS, Tailwind CSS, Server-Side Rendering, Storybook/Bit, Bootstrap, and Material UI.
