Job Description: Performance Marketing Analyst – Junior

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Analyst who is interested in digital advertising, data analysis, and campaign performance.

The candidate will support the performance marketing team in monitoring campaigns, analyzing key metrics, identifying performance gaps, conducting market research, and providing data-driven insights to improve leads, conversions, sales, and ROAS.

This role is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media advertising, and digital marketing metrics and wants to build a career in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily performance of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other paid marketing campaigns.
• Track important performance metrics including:

1- CTR

2- CPC

3- CPM

4- CPA

5- CPL

6- Conversion Rate

7- ROAS

8- CAC

9- Impressions & Reach

10- Engagement

11- Add-to-Cart

12- Checkout

13- Sales & Revenue

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Identify campaigns, ad sets, audiences, and creatives that are performing well or underperforming.
• Assist in understanding why campaigns are not generating expected leads or sales.
• Analyze audience, demographic, location, placement, and creative-level performance.
• Conduct competitor and market research to understand advertising trends, offers, creatives, and customer behavior.
• Compare campaign performance against previous results and identify areas of improvement.
• Support the team in A/B testing different creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
• Provide basic data-backed recommendations on what should be continued, stopped, or tested.
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Creative, and Strategy teams.
• Keep track of social media and digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Required Skills:

• 0–1 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of digital marketing and advertising metrics.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong research and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with data.
• Ability to identify patterns and convert data into simple, actionable insights.
