Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be at the foundation of building this intelligent learning ecosystem by connecting the front-end experience, backend architecture, and AI-driven components that bring the platform to life. You’ll own key systems that power the AI Tutor, Simulation Lab, and learning content delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and at scale. This role is ideal for engineers who love building end-to-end products that blend technology, user experience, and real-time intelligence.

Your Core Impact

• You will build the spine of the platform, ensuring seamless communication between AI models, user interfaces, and data systems.
• You’ll translate learning and AI requirements into tangible, performant product features.
• Your work will directly shape how thousands of students experience physics through our AI Tutor and simulation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture & Backend Development

• Design and implement robust, scalable APIs that power user authentication, course delivery, and AI Tutor integration.
• Build the data pipelines connecting LLM responses, simulation outputs, and learner analytics.
• Create and maintain backend systems that ensure real-time interaction between the AI layer and the front-end interface.
• Ensure security, uptime, and performance across all services.

Front-End Development & User Experience

• Develop responsive, intuitive UIs (React, Next.js or similar) for learning dashboards, course modules, and simulation interfaces.
• Collaborate with product designers to implement layouts for AI chat, video lessons, and real-time lab interactions.
• Ensure smooth cross-device functionality for students accessing the platform on mobile or desktop.

AI Integration & Support

• Work closely with the AI/ML team to integrate the AI Tutor and Simulation Lab outputs within the platform experience.
• Build APIs that pass context, queries, and results between learners, models, and the backend in real time.
• Optimize for low latency and high reliability, ensuring students experience immediate and natural interactions with the AI Tutor.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards and data views for educators and product teams to derive insights from learner behavior.
• Implement secure data storage and export pipelines for progress analytics.

Collaboration & Engineering Culture

• Work closely with AI Engineers, Prompt Engineers, and Product Leads to align backend logic with learning outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and system design decisions.
• Help define engineering best practices that balance innovation, maintainability, and performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js for backend services.
• Hands-on experience with React / Next.js or equivalent modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with real-time data systems (WebSockets or event-driven architectures).
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-intensive backends.
• Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

1. Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, and scripts within the LOANIQ platform.
2. Build Java-based interfaces and services to integrate LOANIQ with other banking applications (core banking, risk systems, reporting, etc.).
3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.
4. Enhance existing LOANIQ functionality to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements.
5. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure CI/CD compliance for releases.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, Infrastructure, and Support to deliver projects on time.
7. Support production environments, investigate issues, and provide long-term solutions.
8. Act as a technical SME on LOANIQ-related queries and mentor junior developers when needed.

• Solid experience in PHP/Frameworks of PHP (Laravel,Codeignitor,etc)
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience in working with REST APIs and AJAX
• Good understanding of database design and optimization
• Experience of responsive and mobile-first design platforms like Bootstrap
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT
• In-depth understanding of Agile development process

Desired Candidate Profile and skill set:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant software development experience.
• Good Knowledge of E-commerce websites and WordPress
• Experience in ReactJs and Redux, React-Native would be a plus

• Strong knowledge of Laravel web framework

• We are looking for a consultant 3-4 years of experience who has experience in Laravel.

• Wordpress with WooCommerce is a must

• Understanding the fully synchronous and Object oriented Programming behavior of PHP.
• MySQL – 3 to 4 years
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, Jquery, Angular Js and CSS3.
• Knowledge of SOAP/XML/REST
• Familiarity with My SQL databases and their declarative query languages.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.
• Comply with coding standards and technical design.
• Believes in a systematic approach to developing the system through clear documentation (flowcharts, layouts, &, etc) of functionality, address every use case through creative solutions.
• Adapts structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate the developed functionality and/or component into a fully functional system.
• Ensure unit and integration level verification plan are in place and adheres to a great quality of code at all time.
• Active participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current live system.
• Verify user feedback in making system more stable and easy.

• Preparing technical training documents for onboarding new engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer or in a relevant role.
• Smart Hands-on coder who can independently architect solutions and mentor team members.
• Solid experience in PHP, Node, Mongo, and MySQL
• Should have good Web service and Web application fundamentals
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
