Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to achieve consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
• Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and market insights.
• User Acquisition & Retention: Drive new user acquisition and retention initiatives, focusing on both organic and paid channels.
• Optimize user funnels and improve conversion rates.
• Scale and optimize successful marketing campaigns and product category launches.
• Revenue Operations: Manage end-to-end revenue operations, including KPI planning, sales operations, and customer NPS.
• Improve sales-attributed revenue share through strategic initiatives.
• Implement and optimize CRM solutions.
• P&L Management: Hold P&L responsibility for the Marketing & Sales functions, ensuring positive cash flow and efficient budget allocation.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team.
• Establish and manage freelance teams to optimize costs and scale operations.
• Digital Marketing & Brand Management: Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across B2C, B2B, and B2I verticals.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
• Increase organic traffic through SEO and content marketing.
• Manage and execute social media and PPC campaigns.
• Product Marketing: Launch and manage marketing campaigns to improve product visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and P&L Management.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in high-growth B2C organizations.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and budgets.
• Expertise in user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared, HubSpot).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance analysis.

1. Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
2. Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
3. Deploying and managing resources for testing
4. Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
5. Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.

• Assist in waterproofing applications and works with a range of waterproofing chemicals and coating products.
• Execute professionalism in waterproofing works.
• Regularly monitor and maintain waterproofing equipment to ensure it remains in working order.
• Perform visual inspections on projects.
• Exercise professional advice to clients when required.
• Perform integrity testing and troubleshooting testing to identify any breaches or defects in the projects' existing waterproofing membrane/coatings.

Job Description:

• Develop front end User Interface of our UKLB Experience Analysis (Biometrics) tool using SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps
• Connection of UI with back end SQL Database using Logic Apps - Advise solution design as a Logic Apps expert (specifically around UI)
• Responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion

Skills and Experience

• Experience with Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL, Azure PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, Application Insights, Azure Storage, Redis Cache
• Microsoft Azure Developer Certification
• Experience with .Net SDK, integration tools, Application and Security frameworks
• C#, ASP.NET, Application development using .Net Framework
• Preferred: Insurance or BFSI domain experience

• At least 1 year experience in light and medium level copy editing for STM, humanities and social sciences books
• Good command of English language
• Passion for copy editing
