JOB DISCRIPTION: -

We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive

responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM

database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales

growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build relation with customers

and close sales.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

 Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

 Researching prospects and generating leads.

 Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

 Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

 Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Participating in sales team meetings.

 Selling wealth management products to the customer

 Responsible for Managing Sales Target

 Communicating with Customers, Ensuring Sales Growth

 should generate revenue of 2-3 times of the cost

 Incentives will be paid on a monthly basis which will add additional payment along with salary

Sizzle is an exciting new startup in the world of gaming. At Sizzle, we’re building AI to automatically create highlights of gaming streamers and esports tournaments. 

For this role, we're looking for someone that loves to play and watch games, and is eager to roll up their sleeves and build up a new gaming platform. Specifically, we’re looking for a technical program manager - someone that can drive timelines, manage dependencies and get things done. You will work closely with the founders and the engineering team to iterate and launch new products and features. You will constantly report on status and maintain a dashboard across product, engineering, and user behavior. 

You will:

• Be responsible for speedy and timely shipping of all products and features
• Work closely with front end engineers, product managers, and UI/UX teams to understand the product requirements in detail, and map them out to delivery timeframes
• Work closely with backend engineers to understand and map deployment timeframes and integration into pipelines
• Manage the timeline and delivery of numerous A/B tests on the website design, layout, color scheme, button placement, images/videos, and other objects to optimize time on site and conversion
• Keep track of all dependencies between projects and engineers
• Track all projects and tasks across all engineers and address any delays.  Ensure tight coordination with management.

You should have the following qualities:

• Strong track record of successful delivery of complex projects and product launches
• 2+ years of software development; 2+ years of program management
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Deep understanding of AI model development and deployment
• Excited about working in a fast-changing startup environment
• Willingness to learn rapidly on the job, try different things, and deliver results
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field
• Ideally a gamer or someone interested in watching gaming content online

Skills:

Technical program management, ML algorithms, Tensorflow, AWS, Python

Work Experience:  3 years to 10 years

• Strong knowledge of Ruby on rails framework.
• Strong Knowledge of coding languages, like PERL, Python and Ruby.
• Good knowledge of Relation and NoSQL databases. like MySQL, Postgres, NoSQL etc.
• Knowledge of Microservices development and AWS concept will be an added advantage.
• Ready to adopt new technologies and implement them in project.

Requirements : 

a) CSS / Bootstrap : Flex Layout/ability to demonstrate the cascading nature of CSS clearly with example/Positioning.

b) Pure JavaScript: Prototype chain and inner workings of inheritance in JS. Understood DOM, Events, Event Bubbling, and Capturing/ ability to demonstrate it with example/ Promises and their use cases.

c) TypeScript: Basic understanding of using TS. Union Types, Index Signatures,

d) REST: Backend experience. REST principles, URL structures for APIs. integration using native JS (fetch and Promises) and in Angular. use cases of getting vs POST vs PUT vs PATCH.

e) Angular :  Abstractions of Angular Component, Service, Pipe, Directive, Module, Lifecycles. Knew advanced patterns as well Dynamic Components, Content Projection, Reactive Forms, ViewChild, ContentChild. Understood Observables and various operators demonstration of Design Skills ability to create the component and module hierarchy for a moderately complex application, along with their interactions
