Are you a design thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a passion for storytelling? We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design across digital, print, and experiential platforms—especially within food, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brand spaces. This is a senior, hands-on role with ownership of brand systems, campaign creative, packaging and production quality from concept through delivery. You will mentor junior designers, manage external vendors/freelancers, and partner closely with marketing, product, and operations. Reports to the Creative Director / Head of Design.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end visual design for brand campaigns, packaging, menus, social, web, and experiential touchpoints—setting the creative direction and ensuring cohesive execution.
- Lead and mentor a small design team (typically 1–3 designers) and coordinate work with contractors or external studios as needed.
- Serve as the primary design lead on key initiatives: establish timelines, set deliverables, run reviews, and make final art-direction decisions.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable asset libraries to ensure consistency across channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, events, and culinary teams to translate strategy into compelling visuals.
- Manage vendor relationships and production workflows to deliver print- and production-ready files on budget and on schedule.
- Present creative work and rationale to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and balance aesthetic quality with business objectives.
- Keep work fresh by monitoring industry and lifestyle trends and applying relevant insights to creative output.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design with demonstrable senior-level ownership on brand, packaging, or campaign work—preferably in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end and mentoring junior designers or contractors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and a range of deliverables (brand identity, packaging, campaigns, digital assets, print).
- Comfortable presenting work to senior stakeholders and translating feedback into clear design decisions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma; experience with Canva is a plus.
- Bonus: experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent typography, layout, and color skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interiors for hotels, resorts, lounges, restaurants, and luxury villas.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to finalize design concepts.
- Select and source materials, furnishings, lighting, and décor with an emphasis on hospitality functionality and aesthetics.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, 3D visuals, mood boards, and CAD drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors during project execution to maintain quality and design integrity.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality brand standards, fire & safety norms, and sustainability guidelines.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop.
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and lighting in hospitality settings.
- Portfolio of previous hospitality projects is a must.
