Role & Responsibilities

As a UX Manager at THEM, you will lead the design of sophisticated digital products that solve real business problems and create measurable impact. You will own the UX strategy, manage design teams, and interface with senior stakeholders across client and internal teams.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, design systems, and complex product design.

Skills & Tools:

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping tools, and UX research methods.
