DockerJob Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Lead Developer with a strong background in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of at least one front-end technology such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead experience is mandatory.
- 8+ years’ experience in Java-J2EE Development.
- Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, JQuery, and AJAX.
- Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development and the J2EE framework and data architectures.
- Experience working with and applying Design Patterns to solve problems.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in Tomcat and Weblogic/Websphere servers.
Role & Responsibilities
As a UX Manager at THEM, you will lead the design of sophisticated digital products that solve real business problems and create measurable impact. You will own the UX strategy, manage design teams, and interface with senior stakeholders across client and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the UX vision and strategy for complex digital products.
- Partner with client stakeholders, product leads, and business teams to understand user needs, business goals, and market context.
- Translate high-level requirements into design goals that align with business objectives and ROI.
Project Ownership & Delivery:
- Lead multiple design workstreams across platforms (web, mobile, enterprise systems).
- Manage timelines, scope, and expectations in collaboration with project managers and developers.
- Ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet usability, aesthetic, and functional standards.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide a team of designers to grow their skills and deliver exceptional work.
- Establish and uphold design standards and review processes.
- Foster a collaborative environment across design, product, and engineering teams
Design Execution & Excellence:
- Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Conduct and apply user research and testing to inform design iterations.
- Ensure has good understanding of Design systems, UX principles, Cognitive psychology.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Present design solutions to both internal teams and clients with clarity and impact.
- Translate complex design concepts into language stakeholders understand.
- Collaborate closely with clients to incorporate feedback and align on outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, design systems, and complex product design.
Skills & Tools:
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping tools, and UX research methods.
- Experience working in agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—both verbal and visual.
Location & Work Culture:
- Willing to work from our office in Mumbai/Gurugram.
- Open to candidates ready to relocate and work in a collaborative, on-site setup.
