Role Overview

We’re hiring a Website Builder with a keen eye for design, user experience, and conversion-driven layouts. You’ll build and manage websites primarily using Wix, Shopify, and Webflow—helping clients establish and scale their digital storefronts and brand presence. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and automation teams to deliver high-impact results.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive websites using Wix, Shopify, and Webflow

Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional sites

Implement branding, content, and product updates across platforms

Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and mobile responsiveness

Integrate third-party tools and plugins for forms, CRM, analytics, etc.

Work alongside designers, copywriters, and automation specialists

Troubleshoot bugs and ensure site stability and uptime

Deliver websites on-time and aligned with client goals

KPIs & Performance Metrics

Timely delivery of website builds and updates

Client satisfaction and feedback scores

Site performance: load speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO health

Accuracy and consistency in branding and functionality

Requirements

2+ years of experience building websites in Wix, Shopify, and/or Webflow

Strong portfolio of published websites and landing pages

Understanding of user experience (UX) and responsive design principles

Familiarity with SEO basics, accessibility, and web best practices

Comfortable working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe XD)

Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented

Nice to Have

Experience in eCommerce setup and optimization (Shopify in particular)

Ability to edit basic HTML/CSS or embed custom code blocks

Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, or HubSpot

Branding and UI/UX design experience is a plus

Skills ​

AEM Guides, JQuery, Java, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS, XML, Touch UI, CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins.

Role and Responsibilities

●    Build and maintain solutions for AEM Guides.

●    Work in Agile Methodology - be part of Sprint Ceremonies, provide accurate estimates for assigned development Stories & deliver on time.

●    Follow Best and Recommended Practices while implementing solutions.

●    Ensure Code Quality, Readability, Maintainability and Security.

●    Write JUnit Test Cases for Unit Testing

●    Communicate with customer teams on requirements effectively.

●    Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution

●    Troubleshoot and reproduce the technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds.

●    Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM platform, and integrate with other systems

Required Skills

●    Good understanding on UI technologies like JQuery, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS.

●    Must: Good understanding of backend technologies like Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills.

●    Must: Good understanding of CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins.

●    Must: Good understanding of Code Quality and Security tools like SONAR.

●    Must: Good understanding of Topic, Concept, Reference etc.,

●    Must: Experience in creating custom templates.

●    Must: Solid experience in creating editor plugins and custom features.

●    Must: Solid experience in integrating third party API’s.

●    Must: Solid experience in creating custom output presets.

●    Must: Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.

●    Preferred: Ability to work in extended hours to overlap with North America timings.

• Hands-on with contemporary javascript frameworks (React js Angular js)

DISPRZ is looking for a Software Engineer who will deliver individually on features / enhancements under our products, as laid out as per the company’s product delivery roadmap and own responsibility for their technical integrity, scalability and trouble-free deployment to the customer.

• Build and ship reliable software practicing robust software design and in-depth code reviews.
• Build efficient, clean and reusable features / libraries / components
• Collaborate with our design and product teams on defining and delivering new features to ensure a great experience for our users.
• Analyse and optimize existing UI and Server-side code for security, efficiency and performance.
• Be a voice in ensuring the team stays true to the technical vision.
• Write clean, scalable code in Web-based programming languages and/or .NET
• Write SQL Stored Procedures
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Collaborate with technical lead to produce software design and architecture
• Translate designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces, while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance. 
• Unit-test the code across platforms and browsers, to ensure functional consistency of delivered output. 

• Engineering / MCA degree from a top school with an excellent academic record
• Object oriented programming knowledge is a must.
• High level of Proficiency in Web-based technologies – JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of any one JS framework like Reactjs, Angular, or the like, is a plus
• Formal knowledge in below areas will be an added advantage
