Overview: This is an entrepreneurial technology leadership position that challenges the client status quo by helping them re-imagine the art of what is possible using a consultative mindset (not the 80 page PDFs though). As a Director Cloud Consulting you will be responsible for building and managing cloud consulting/business development practise at Searce. Are you: A sales consulting + value selling techie-humorist? Excited about leveraging the cloud technology landscape to solve business problems & have the ability to connect the dots, suggest right services and architect highly scalable solutions on public cloud platforms? Education & Experience Successful experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, creative entrepreneurial environment in a cross-functional capacity. Experience as an effective coach, motivator and an influencer. Able to coach and mentor high energy millennials & fresh graduates with their entitlements. And can clearly articulate a response to 5 level series of questions on ‘what & why’ when it comes to containers & kubernetes. Worked in India or surrounding area for 3+ years; and understand the APAC market. Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred). Under Graduation in Engineering (CS/IT would be an advantage). What you love? You love everything. You are generally passionate.
