• 3+ years of experience in the Development in JAVA technology.
• AWS or cloud Experience
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem-solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

• Discussing the project aims with the company requirement and development team.
• Designing and building web applications using Laravel.
• Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.
• Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects.
• Testing functionality for users and the backend.
• Ensuring that integrations run smoothly.
• Scaling projects based on Company feedback.
• Recording and reporting on work done in Laravel.

What will you do?

• Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems through product development
• Solve the most challenging problem of scaling and business logic
• Design and develop services using test driven development with near 100% code coverage
• Develop and deploy services continuously using CI/CD on a daily basis
• Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and move them dramatically.
• Prepare and present management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization.
• Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypotheses and bash all the myths

You should apply, if you

• Display expertise: Have strong proficiency with Nodejs, My SQL, MongoDB and Caching and with code versioning tools, such as Git
• Can improvise: Understand the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Showcase all round knowledge: Understand accessibility, security compliance, user authentication, and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Can simplify: Can integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system. This also includes creating database schemas that represent and support business processes, and can implement unit tests

• Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
• Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries 
• Knowhow of Java concurrency patterns
• Basic Understanding of the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services
• Experience in working with popular web application frameworks like Play and Spark

• 3-8+ years of experience programming in a backend language (Java / Python), with a good understanding of troubleshooting errors. 
• 5+ years of experience in Confluent Kafka / 3+ years of experience in Confluent Kafka 

• Cloud Kafka, Control Central, Rest Proxy, HA Proxy, Confluent Kafka Connect, Confluent Kafka Security features 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills & OO principles
• Solid understanding of the data structure & algorithms.
• Expert knowledge with any one of the Javascript Framework such as Node Js.
• Any additional experience with Java or python, GoLang would be nice to have.
• Experience working with SQL database like MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience working with NoSQL databases like mongoDB, couchbase would be nice to have
• Working experience with cache like redis, mem cached or elasticache would be nice to have
• Working experience with Message Queues would be a great advantage.
• Experience with deployment & AWS would be nice to have
• Ability to do in depth analysis or problem statement or use case & Build robust & scalable architecture
• Logging & monitoring of the production system in real time
• Lead a team of 2-4 team members & make sure team practices defined coding practices across the project.
