Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.

• Support existing Integrations and Extend apps by resolving issues and enhancing to add new functionalities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Extend and provide guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments using Integrations and Extend.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Utilize your business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for technical improvements.
• Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations and 2 apps development using Extend is required.
• Passion towards technical development and critical ability to understand current code and resolve issues. 
• Deep understanding of Workday Extend platform, including building custom applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, with experience in integrating Workday with third-party systems. 
• Good knowledge of Integrations and Extend security framework.
• Ability to work with HR, finance, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Performing background and reference checks.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Forecasting recruitment budgets.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
• Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.

Candidate Profile:You have:

• Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business or similar
• 2 year of HR experience in a Tech Company

Responsibilities 

Delivery Manager is responsible for owning the delivery of strategic account and the projects within the account. It includes providing inputs on project planning and management for established initiatives. He/She will act as lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology and domain concerns. Additionally, they will hire and train team member to support business need. They use their industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management. 

Bachelor/master's degree in Project Management or Technology field is required with 15+ years of experience. Hands on or working experience with one of more technology like Java, Angular, Mobile Native Development, Cloud – AWS/GCP is must. Individuals who can work well in a collaborative environment and pay meticulous attention to detail, willing to get their hands dirty to solve the problem are the key expectations from the role.

Responsibilities for Delivery Manager

• Working with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate the business vision, to envision initial requirements, and to scope the project.
• Working closely with key stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities, understand business processes required to ensure end-to-end delivery of intended project results.
• Identifying and tracking deliverables while gathering and documenting project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and also own Release management
• Practices Agile methodologies like scrum/Kanban and demonstrate best practices to the team in not just execution, but to plan and present a high level plan for project.
• Own multiple projects either in or outside the same account
• Prioritize and updates task schedules. Identifies issues and resolve roadblocks.
• Creating and maintaining all project documentation and project plans.
• Tracking and reporting project progress to stakeholders on agreed cadence.

Qualifications for Delivery Manager

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills.
• Prior experience in managing either of mobile (iOS & Android), Java, or cloud (GCP/AWS) projects is must.
• Conflict resolution to understand various obstacles and apply negotiation skills to find optimal solutions.
• Minimum of 15 + years of career experience out of which minimum 5 years should as developer & 10+ years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile approach
• Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.
• Knowledge of development technical stack on mobile, Java, Git source code management, code review process, implementing best technical guidelines would
