Must-Have Skills:

• Proven expertise in Backend (if you need to prove yourself, this isn’t the role for you).

• Deep understanding of concurrency, memory management, and system design.

• Experience with Trading, market data processing, or low-latency systems.

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and real-time processing.

• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• A portfolio of work that speaks louder than a resume.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Past experience in fintech, trading systems, or algorithmic trading.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Setting clear team goals.

Oversee day-to-day operation.

• Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements
• Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
• IT project management experience to implement improvements 
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes
• Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
• Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the system used in the organization (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)
• Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications
• Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
• Work with HR, finance and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
• Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS

• Provision Dev Test Prod Infrastructure as code using IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
• Good knowledge on Terraform
• In-depth knowledge of security and IAM / Role Based Access Controls in Azure, management of Azure Application/Network Security Groups, Azure Policy, and Azure Management Groups and Subscriptions.
• Experience with Azure and GCP compute, storage and networking (we can also look for GCP )
• Experience in working with ADLS Gen2, Databricks and Synapse Workspace
• Experience supporting cloud development pipelines using Git, CI/CD tooling, Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tooling as appropriate
• Configuration Management (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, Git, etc...)
• General automation including Azure CLI, or Python, PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery models
• Knowledge of and experience in resolving configuration issues
• Understanding of software and infrastructure architecture
• Experience in Paas, Terraform and AKS
• Monitoring, alerting and logging tools, and build/release processes Understanding of computing technologies across Windows and Linux

The ROLE

• Handle the inbound interest received by Marquee
• Get the inbound leads to setup an online demo with us
• Conduct a small research on the prospect’s company and background prior to the demo to conduct a smooth sales call
• Conduct online demos with the prospects and turn them into paying customers
• Ensure that the product demo is neat and organized
• Work with the prospects to understand their needs and pitch them the right Marquee product to solve their problems
• Manage on-going relationships with customers
• Run strategic follow ups (Calls/texts/emails) on the prospects to get in maximum sales
• Strive to achieve the sales targets
• Work with our Founder on strategic alliances - potentially travelling to various financial centers globally

Here are some important things to consider prior to applying to us:

• Knowledge/prior experience with startup fund raising is a distinct advantage
• WE'RE A REMOTE TEAM so you can work from wherever you like - you don't have to attend office on a day to day basis

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10 to 15 years of experience in plant preferred
• Age : 35 years and above
• Females are preferred
• Proficiency in MS office (word, excel, powerpoint), SAP, setting up video interviews, Gsuite, vlookup hlookup
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Ability to deal with people at various levels in the organisation
• Knowledge of short-hand is preferred    

• Complete responsibility of Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook ads.
• End to end campaign management (From forecasting to executing, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum leads) ·
• Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns. ·
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business.
• Optimize the ad copy, landing pages for the best lead quality.
• Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving performance.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Build on an existing level of search engine marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements.
  
  Skills Required: · Proven 2+ years SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. ·
  The Specialist will also portray a passion and exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate fluency in the acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels.
  Should have a good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
