JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing

technology to meet those needs

Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines

Recording work progress on a weekly basis

Documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE:

BTech, MCA, Msc-IT in one of the following subject areas: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred Microsoft dot net certified professionals will be preferred

Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET

Languages: C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML.*

Experience developing websites using a Content Management System (CMS)

Some experience with f ront end UI design preferred

Experience in backend software design in SQL Server 2008 or 2012, Stored procedures,

ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#

5 years of actual experience in the coding environment with visual studio

Must have the knowledge of FrontEnd frameworks like Jquery,twitterBootstrap,Css

Must have experience of creating Accounts ,Inventory and HR based softwares

Must have experience of working on an ERP

Must have experience of creating and consuming webservices/API

SKILLS:

Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design,

functionality, testing and support

Ability to develop large scale web/database applications

Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines

Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager

Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces

Key responsibilities:

• Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment
• Understand how our applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them
• Provide engineering support (when necessary) to our technical operations staff when they are building, deploying, configuring and supporting systems for customers
• Participate with the engineering and operations teams to define plans for standardizing, scaling and enhancing our products and the services utilized to deploy/install/release those products
• Participate in interactions with customers as a technical expert for product subsystems
• Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications
• Other duties from time to time as determined by management

Experience : 4 - 8 Years

Primary Skills

• BE/BTech/MTech with 1 year of experience in .NET Framework like C#.Net and ASP.Net
• Atleast 1 year of experience on Web Application development with ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Jquery
• Good experience in Writing Complex SQL Queries using any of the RDBMS Database like Oracle, SQL Server etc
• Experience in Creating and Testing Stored Procedures and Functions

Secondary Skills

• Ability to analyse the existing code in the application and identify the Program Logic
• Experience in implementing AJAX through Javascript/Jquery
• Experience in Creating Reports and Documents using Crystall Reports
• Experience in creating Front End Validations using JavaScript/Jquery
• Experience in doing Manual or Automated Test will be a plus

Job functions/Description:

• Work on building custom web pages and websites for departmental applications.
• Work on improvements to existing web pages and sites, as well as connecting to backend databases to extract and store data.
• Build reports as needed for user requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies around reporting, low-code webpage development and others.
• Assist team lead in testing new enhancements to our websites and reporting solutions.
• Test of the website enhancements that we are doing, especially from a compliance/audit perspective.
• Support and ongoing patching/maintenance of our systems.
