Strong Graphic Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ years of experience in graphic design within B2C companies working across print and digital media

Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, standees, event signage, and sponsorship assets) and digital creatives for social media and campaigns

Mandatory (Skill 1): Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.

Mandatory (Skill 2): Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Demonstrated portfolio including both print/event assets and digital/social creatives that show consistency, storytelling, and creativity.

Mandatory (Company): B2C product (preferred fintech)

1       Customer Styling:

Assist customers in selecting outfits that align with their personal style, body type, and needs  

Offer suggestions on trends, colors, patterns, and accessories to create a cohesive look

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory, including new arrivals and current promotions  

  Be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and styling options for different pieces  

.    Visual Merchandising:

   Ensure the store's presentation aligns with current trends and seasonal themes  o      Work with the team to create visually appealing displays that attract and inspire customers  

  Customer Relationship Management:

   Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their style preferences for future recommendations  

   Follow up with regulars on upcoming launches or promotions that may interest them  

    Sales Goals:

  Drive sales by creating a seamless shopping experience and encouraging addons or complete looks  

     Meet personal and store sales targets by promoting items effectively  

 Automation & MuleSoft experience is a must

 Automation Tools -> Test NG + Rest Assured

 Testing scope -> Integration & API Automation testing (EAPI/PAPI/SAPI), Salesforce integration experience is required

 Mulesoft experience -> Knowledge of API-led architecture, API specification knowledge, Anypoint platform experience - Runtime Manager/Exchange/API Manager/Anypoint Monitoring/Visualizer & Experience with Anypoint Studio is required for the QA Lead

 DevOps automation -> Integrating automated test to DevOps pipelines (Jenkinds/GitHub Actions). GitHub actions experience is a plus.

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for writing automation scripts.

 API Testing Tools: Expertise in Postman, REST Assured, Karate, and similar tools for REST API validation and automation.

 Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.

 CI/CD Integration: Ability to integrate automated tests into pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

 Version Control: Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and branching strategies for collaborative development.

 Database Knowledge: SQL for data validation and backend testing.

Testing Expertise

 API Automation: Design and execute automated API tests, validate endpoints, and ensure reliability across environments.

 Functional & Regression Testing: Strong understanding of test types including smoke, sanity, and integration testing.

 Defect Management: Experience with tools like Jira and TestRail for tracking and reporting

The React Developer will own and drive web development—including decisions about tools, technologies, and processes - for UPCRED.

Skills:

2 - 5 years of React experience with some hands-on experience with web application development.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX is a huge plus.

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
