Job Description: Senior Software Developer (React.js)

Location: [Pune, Maharashtra]

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in React.js to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex web applications using React.js and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years specifically using React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
• Deep understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Solid understanding of version control using Git or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript or similar statically typed languages.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect and drive complex software frontend framework refactor projects that incrementally modernize areas of the application and establish new guidelines for future product features
• Work with UI/UX designers, developers, and database administrators to analyze workflows and current implementation, and make a roadmap to refactor the frontend SPA that can be delivered in an incremental manner
• Efficiently working with various profiling and monitoring tools to identify performance and concurrency bottlenecks, propose and implement optimizations to improve cloud product
• Review end-user usage patterns, customer logged performance defects, and enhance page load performance based on gaps identified
• Understand application architecture, application interactions with backend applications and with other downstream systems
• Troubleshoot issues experienced by users and propose solutions

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and driving front-end engineering and refactor projects and solutions
• Advanced level experience with SPA, modern UI fundamentals, multi-tenant application, concurrency, multithreading, and distributed system architectures
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript programming language
• Comfortable with Windows, SQL Server, .NET Framework/Core, GIT, Nuget, React Framework, ORM Framework NHibernate in terms of both tools and application development
• Passionate about finding software performance bottlenecks and optimizing code to produce a better customer experience
• Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring), RUM (Real User Monitoring), and other Dev tools used for Performance monitoring and analysis

• Develop user interfaces with the latest frontend technologies
• Research, analyze, and develop product features of increasingly complex nature
• Code tested and documented JavaScript, HTML, PUG and CSS
• Make design and technical decisions for ReactJs projects.
• Develop application code and unit testing in the ReactJs with REST APIs
• Ensure high performance of all systems developed
• Experience in ReactJS project deployments and hosting on AWS/Google Cloud/Azure servers
• Good understanding of Linux based systems.
• 3+ years’ experience with ReactJs
• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Experienced in Typescript is a plus
• Familiarity with testing frameworks
• Experience in building highly reusable and decoupled components
• Experience in State management Libraries like Redux, mobx
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

•  6+ years of web UI development experience including 4+ years of deep, hands on experience in building robust, highly reusable and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS3, SVG, React, Redux, Thunk ecosystem
• Great problem-solving skills with solid data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Strong ability to translate the design/wireframes into reusable micro components
• Experience of leading, coaching and mentoring junior developers with good delegation and time-management skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and has extensively worked with Redux, Thunk, Axios etc
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, Oauth2 etc
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• A knack for perfection, benchmarking and optimization
• Writing and maintaining batch jobs to streamline processes (Shell, Perl etc).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean software development processes and practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• At least 5-10 years' experience working as a React.js Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages. Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Web pack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux, Vuejs, Angular++, Python and latest technology skills.
• Experience with user interface design. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Good project management skills.
