Roles and Responsibilities
- HR Strategies: Create, develop, and implement strategies aligned with business strategy for the organisation.
- Policies, Processes, Initiatives & Schemes: Translate the HR Strategies into policies, processes, initiatives & schemes with a view to promote a culture of enthusiasm, productivity and profitability.
- Offer, Joining, On-Boarding, Induction & Deployment: Ensure a culture of engaged & welcoming approach in this sphere ensuring minimal or nil dropouts after offer. A Wow experience for a selected talent to be ensured at all times.
- Organisation Development / Talent Management: Ensure constant research within the organisation, in the industry and the market of evolving trends thereby reengineering the strategy, philosophy, policies & processes accordingly.
- Talent Engagement: Conduct periodic surveys to get the pulse of the people in the organisation; town halls, group meeting, one-on-one sessions to assimilate the concerns as well as suggestions from people and take actions in accordance to the same ensuring a culture of enthusiasm, productivity and profitability.
- Performance Management:Adopt a futuristic & objective performance management process to identify, recognize and reward accordingly.
- Training & Development:Training & Development Strategy to focus upon functional proficiency enrichment, competencies & behavioral development, enhancing effectiveness and succession planning.
- Industrial Relations:Maintain a proactive IR climate in the organisation key for it being relationship management and expeditious resolutions.
- HRMS: Setting up & stream lining HRMS.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute.
- 10+ years of proven working experience as HR Manager.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrices.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Develop best practices in HR.

To be the right fit you will need:
- Min 6+ years of experience in ReactNative (including React-Redux)
- Should have some experience on Responsive UI development.
- Should have some experience on Typescript.
- Should have some experience of Bluetooth connections via mobile app
- Good to have experience of Firebase API’s
- Good to have frontend and backend experience
- Should have good verbal communication, as developers will directly interact with Client on calls and chat.
- Good to have Agile/Scrum based project experience.
- Good to have JIRA and BitBucket experience
Responsibilities :
- Get involved in the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding through the duration of their subscription period
- Provide product training to enable the customers to realize the potential of Empuls.
- Identify product usage gaps and provide actionable solutions to the customers.
- Build value-based relationships with customers and create Xoxoday champions.
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (EBRs and QBRs) to understand customer lifecycle milestones, communicate the value of our product, showcase ROI,
- Drive desired customer outcomes through a consultative approach.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling along with the Account Managers.
- Communicate and brainstorm with the product team on customer feedback and help refine the product roadmap.
- Work with the marketing team to execute customer surveys, case studies, etc.
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
- Drive customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, and customer meetups; and create a center of excellence within the customer's organization.
Requirements:
- Has relevant 4 to 6 years of work experience in a Customer Success role in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on with tools like Pendo, HubSpot, Postman etc.
- Should be open to aligning with the different time zones based on business requirements.
- Showcases exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work with Global Customers.
- Has worked directly with Customers in the Americas or European region.
- Has an exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products.
- Managed customers across different segments in the past and knows how to manage them differently.
- Exhibits a true passion for customers and for Customer Success.

We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create world-class mobile products. She/He will be responsible for executing the entire mobile app development lifecycle. That includes understanding product requirements, writing requirement-related documentation, and writing high-quality code and tests.
You need to have a solid track record of building real-world mobile products that have been launched on the play/app store.
Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self-motivated and proactive in all the work that you do.
Main Responsibilities And Key Activities
- Build great native and cross-platform applications using industry best practices
- Analyze, debug and solve complex technical issues
- Write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability.
- Break down high-level technical requirements into specific implementation stories
- Show ownership on project features
Qualifications And Professional Knowledge
- Should have at least 2 years of work experience in native Cross-platform frameworks like Flutter/React Native and Android
- Should have published one or more apps on the play/app store
- Must have strong expertise in programming languages like Kotlin or Dart
- Very strong in computer fundamentals, data structures, and database design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Location: Remote(Preferably located in India)
- Basic/ Technical must have Core JAVA, Spring boot, Hibernate, JQuery, Apache Tomcat, JSON, JavaScript.
- Additional: Knowledge of XML Processing,

What will you do?
