Role Overview

As Senior Full Stack Developer, you will own both the frontend and backend of the platform —

building the agent-builder experience users interact with, and the services behind it. You will

turn a complex agent platform into an intuitive product where users can build, deploy, and run

agents with ease

.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the agent-builder interface — visual composition, configuration, testing, and

monitoring of agents.

• Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications with a clean, reusable

component architecture.

• Design and build the backend APIs and services that power agent creation, deployment,

and runtime.

• Implement real-time features — streaming agent outputs, live execution logs, and run

traces.

• Integrate the frontend and backend with the AI / ML layer, third-party tools, connectors,

and authentication providers.

• Own data models, API contracts, and end-to-end feature delivery from design through to

production.

• Maintain quality through testing, code review, performance tuning, and sound engineering

practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of full-stack development experience, ideally on SaaS or developer / platform

products.

• Hands-on experience with agent-builder / Agent OS platforms — products where users

build, deploy, and run AI agents — and an understanding of the user-facing workflows

these platforms require.

• Strong frontend expertise: React (or Next.js), TypeScript, modern state management, and

component design.

• Solid backend experience: Node.js and / or Python, with REST and / or GraphQL API

design.

• Experience with real-time technologies — WebSockets, SSE, and streaming UIs.

• Strong database skills across SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or

similar).

Experience with cloud deployment, CI/CD, containers (Docker), and Git-based workflows.

• Track record building complex, interactive UIs — workflow builders, dashboards, or no-

code / low-code tools.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with visual workflow / node-based editor libraries (e.g. React Flow).

• Experience integrating LLM APIs and streaming responses into a user interface.

• Work with product managers to find solutions to critical problems, face internal customers, and create requirements.
• Triage and fix critical issues that arise in the field that affect our core product.
• Manage git repositories, pull requests, and review code.
• Communicate properly & promptly with all stakeholders.
• Build a proof-of-concept for new products from scratch.
• Optimize, clean up, and comment on the existing codebase.

• Must have 5-8 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Must be an expert in Javascript with ES6+ features, Node.js, ReactJS, and Redux
• Must be an expert in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and Webpack.
• You are proficient with RESTful API design and implementation using Node.js.
• Proficiency in relational (MySQL, Cloud Spanner, etc.) and non-relational (MongoDB, Google Cloud Firestore, etc.) databases.
• Must be an expert in data structure and creating highly optimized algorithms.
• Should have a working knowledge of GCP services like App Engine, CloudSQL, Compute Engine, etc.
• Should have a working understanding of microservices patterns, serverless design, and event-based architecture.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and paradigms.

The Senior Developer is responsible for running the day to day operations of a group of developer/s. The individual should exhibit proven experience on our technology stack and product. Our technology stack is primarily written in React, Node + Express with Apollo, GraphQL, Typescript and MySQL on AWS Cloud Services.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute at a senior level to the development process.
• Own the product development lifecycle with the team.
• Work closely with the subordinates both at the technical as well as troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Manage developer allocations on tasks to best utilise time and resources.
• Work with Product Managers and the team to ensure that commitments are met.
• Responsible for the quality of work completed.
• Ability to do code reviews and maintain the quality standards. 
• Ability to conduct manual server deployments and automate the same. 
• Mentor and stimulate team member career growth.

Qualification:

BE/ME in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related subject, MCA, MSc(IT) or equivalent degree.

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of proven software development experience with React, Node/Express, CSS/Bootstrap, HTML5 and MySQL or any RDBMS Server.
• Experience in TypeScript, GraphQL, TypeORM, styled components.
• Familiarity with Webpack and bundling the web applications for server deployment.
• Experience using AWS Toolchain or any other public cloud providers.
• Familiarity with shell scripting to automate deployment processes. 
• Ability to write robust, maintainable applications.
• Ability to build and work with distributed, high-volume backend services.
• Have a great understanding of system design, data structures, object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
• You should have experience in identifying, debugging and resolving complex production issues.
• Awareness of continuous deployment tools such as Jenkins or other DevOps tools will be an advantage.
