Profile: AWS Data Engineer

Mode- Hybrid

Experience- 5+7 years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and Python/PySpark
• Optimize SQL queries for Redshift and Athena
• Develop Lambda functions for serverless data processing
• Configure AWS DMS for database migration and replication
• Implement infrastructure as code with CloudFormation
• Build optimized data models for performance
• Manage RDS databases and AWS service integrations
• Troubleshoot and improve data processing efficiency
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders
• Implement data quality checks and validation
• Document data pipelines and architecture
• Monitor workflows and implement alerting
• Keep current with AWS services and best practices

Required Technical Expertise:

• Python/PySpark for data processing
• AWS Glue for ETL operations
• Redshift and Athena for data querying
• AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
• AWS DMS and RDS management
• CloudFormation for infrastructure
• SQL optimization and performance tuning

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps and support successful project delivery.
• Maintain high-quality metadata and data artifacts that are accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid.
• Create and deliver high-quality data models while adhering to defined data governance practices and standards.
• Translate high-level functional or business data requirements into technical solutions, including database design and data mapping.
• Participate in requirement-gathering activities, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, and review processes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of strong data analysis and/or data modeling experience.
• Strong individual contributor with solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Comprehensive expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.

• Configure, optimize, document, and support of the infrastructure components of software products (which are hosted in collocated facilities and cloud services such as AWS)
• Design and build tools and frameworks that support deployment and management and platforms
• Design, build, and deliver cloud computing solutions, hosted services, and underlying software infrastructures
• Build core functionality of our cloud-based platform product, deliver secure, reliable services and construct third party integrations
• Assist in coaching application developers on proper DevOps techniques for building scalable applications in the microservices paradigm
• Foster collaboration with software product development and architecture teams to ensure releases are delivered with repeatable and auditable processes
• Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup, and restores of different environments
• Work independently across multiple platforms and applications to understand dependencies
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of continuous integration environments
• Design and architect solutions for existing client-facing applications as they are moved into cloud environments such as AWS
• Competencies
• Full understanding of scripting and automated process management in languages such as Shell, Ruby and/ or Python
• Working Knowledge SCM tools such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services and related APIs
• Ability to deliver and manage web or cloud-based services
• General familiarity with monitoring tools
• General familiarity with configuration/provisioning tools such as Terraform
• Experience
• Experience working within an Agile type environment
• 4+ years of experience with cloud-based provisioning (Azure, AWS, Google), monitoring, troubleshooting, and related DevOps technologies
• 4+ years of experience with containerization/orchestration technologies like Rancher, Docker and Kubernetes

• Gathering information and documentation from clients
• Helping clients fill out immigration application forms
• Drafting submission letters
• Reviewing all documents to ensure they are accurate and meet government requirements
• Ensuring that deadlines are met
• Tracking the status of each application and keeping clients updated

• Should have strong PR with Builder/Architecture/Interior Designers organizations that undertake luxury projects.
• End to end sales & lead generation for luxury ceiling fans sales
• Outstanding communication & interpersonal abilities
• Commercial awareness
• Prior experience in related field will be an advantage

Must have -

1- Magento 2 working experience for minimum 2 years

2- Work with Magento integration systems, viz CMS/CRM/Payment gatway/shipping etc

3- Analyse, code, debug, test, document & deploy application

4- Experiance building REST API

5- Knowledge of GTM and FB integration

Good to have-

1- Magento 2 certification

2- Experience in fronted tech like HTML5, CSS3, JQuery and ReactJS

3- Experience of working on PWA apps
