What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our design team to translate project goals into visually compelling user interfaces.
• Assist in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design user interfaces that are visually consistent, intuitive, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Build visual moodboards, screen designs, and clickable flows for web and mobile experiences.
• Help maintain and improve our design system for consistency across projects.
• Stay curious and explore the latest UI design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up the design process while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Take constructive feedback to improve your designs and grow your skills every day.

What we are looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UI design and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy).
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, or similar UI design software.
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic or personal projects) are mandatory.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Passion for creating interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.

•  Perform Build activities (hardware & software configuration) of customer environment and contribute to improve Build process.
•  Coordinate for Service transition activities.

• Initiate change / release requests in line 
• customer change / release management process.

•  Work on the major problem tickets assigned by ITIS Teams
• Hands on experience in hardware asset management.
• experience on ticketing tool like service now or SNOW
• ITIL Certified.

Position Brief:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads, qualifying them, and initiating

outreach campaigns to generate interest and ultimately drive sales opportunities. This role requires a

strategic thinker who can leverage various tools and techniques to uncover valuable leads and nurture them

through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

 Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online databases, social media

platforms, industry events, and networking.

 Utilize tools and techniques to gather relevant data and insights on target companies and individuals.

 Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and engage prospects.

 Conduct outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, and other channels to qualify leads and initiate

contact.

 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.

 Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities and optimize

strategies accordingly.

 Maintain accurate records of leads and communication activities in excel or relevant CRM software.

 Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new

opportunities for lead generation.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospect

professionally.

 Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.

 Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

For experienced additional requirements:

 Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.

 Familiarity with CRM software and other lead management tools.

• Mandatory Modules: Inventory, Purchase Order, Order Management.

• Skill: Oracle Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant

• Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM 11i & R12 with good English (Written + Verbal) communication skills, team player, ready to travel / relocate & available at short notice.

• Should have extensively worked on Oracle EBS Support/implementation/upgrade Projects should be aware of the solution design, documentation, and AIM/OUM methodology.

• Expertise in Modules OM, Purchasing, Inventory. 

• Industry experience in Supply Chain Industry will be an added advantage.

• Ready to work in Shifts by rotation if required.

 Review all job requirements and specifications required for deploying the solution into the production environment. 

 Perform various unit/tests as per the checklist on deployment steps with help of test cases and maintain documents for the same. 

 Work with Lead to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and inform for any delays. 

 Collaborate with the development team to review new programs for implementation activities and manage communication (if required) with different functions to resolve issues and assist implementation leads to manage production deployments. 

 Document all issues during the deployment phase and document all findings from logs/during actual deployment and share the analysis. 

 Review and maintain all technical and business documents.  Conduct and monitor software implementation lifecycle and assist/make appropriate customization to all software for clients as per the deployment/implementation guide 

 Train new members on product deployment, issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for the same. 

 Ensure project tasks as appropriately updated in JIRA / ticket tool for in-progress/done and raise the issues. 

 Should take self-initiative to learn/understand the technologies i.e. Vertica SQL, Internal Data integration tool (Athena), Pulse Framework, Tableau. 

 Flexible to work during non-business hours in some exceptional cases (for a few days) required to meet the client time zones. 

Experience on Tools and Technologies preferred: 

ETL Tools: Talend or Informatica ,Abinitio,Datastage 

BI Tools: Tableau or Jaspersoft or Pentaho or Qlikview experience 

Database: Experience in Oracle or SS 

Methodology: Experience in SDLC and/or Agile Methodology
