Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Computer Science Faculty to train and mentor students in computer

science concepts and practical applications while helping them develop industry-relevant technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on practical training sessions in Computer Science.

• Explain programming and technical concepts through practical applications.

• Conduct coding exercises, assignments, projects, and assessments.

• Monitor student attendance, assessment scores, assignment performance, and learning progress.

• Provide continuous technical mentoring and guidance.

• Help students develop industry-relevant technical skills.

• Assist students in obtaining certifications in high-demand technologies.

• Support students in securing internships and provide continuous guidance.

• Keep students updated with relevant industry trends and technologies.

• Ensure students achieve periodic learning targets and outcomes.

• Work effectively in a corporate-style training environment.

Preferred Candidates

• Prior Computer Science teaching/training experience preferred.

• Strong technical and programming knowledge.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good classroom management skills.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

• Immediate joiners preferred

Qualification

• PG qualification in Computer Science

• UGC NET/SET in Computer Science OR completed PhD in Computer Science / relevant specialization

Job Title: Associate Professor – Computer Science Engineering (CSE)

Department: CSE

Job Summary:

The Associate Professor (CSE) is responsible for teaching core computer science subjects, training students in programming and emerging technologies, and contributing to research and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach subjects like Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, and Programming Languages
• Train students in coding, software development, and industry-relevant skills
• Conduct lab sessions, workshops, and technical training programs
• Evaluate students through exams, assignments, and projects
• Guide students in internships, mini-projects, and final-year projects
• Participate in curriculum development and research activities

Qualifications:

• M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
• Ph.D. (preferred)
• NET/SET (if applicable)

Skills Required:

• Strong programming knowledge (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
• Teaching and technical training skills
• Knowledge of latest technologies (AI, Data Science, Cloud, etc.)
• Research and analytical skills

Experience:

• 3–8 years of teaching/industry experience
