Role Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate Python Developer with strong experience in backend development and cloud infrastructure. This role involves building scalable microservices, integrating AI tools like LangChain/LLMs, and optimizing backend performance for high-growth B2B products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust backend services using Python, Django, and FastAPI
• Design and maintain a scalable microservices architecture
• Integrate LangChain/LLMs into AI-powered features
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code with pytest
• Manage and optimize databases (MySQL/Postgres)
• Deploy and monitor services on AWS
• Collaborate across teams to define APIs, data flows, and system architecture

Must-Have Skills:

• Python and Django
• MySQL or Postgres
• Microservices architecture
• AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Unit testing using pytest
• LangChain or Large Language Models (LLM)
• Strong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms

Role: PHP Developer

Exp: 2-3 Years

Budget: 40-50k INR Per Month 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in PHP development.
• Proficient in CodeIgniter 3 & 4 frameworks.
• Strong expertise in JQuery, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience in handling server management and related configurations.
• Knowledge of Payment Gateway integrations and ensuring secure transactions.
• Understanding of Ubuntu server environments and deployment.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

A candidate who has a strong background in the design and implementation of scalable architecture and a good understanding of Algorithms, Data structures, and design patterns. Candidate must be ready to learn new tools, languages, and technologies

• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Good understanding of various database types: RDBMS, NoSQL, GraphDB, etc
• Ability to build highly stable reliable APIs and backend services.
• Should be familiar with distributed, high availability database systems
• Experience with queuing systems like Kafka
• Hands-on in cloud infrastructure AWS/GCP/Azure
• Highly plus if know one or more of the following: Confluent ksql, Kafka connect, Kafka streams
• Hands-on experience with data warehouse/OLAP systems such as Redshift, click house and added plus.

Roles and responsibilities
