As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the brand and engage our target audience in meaningful ways.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• 1-4 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
• Skilled in apt design tools like Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
• Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.
• Use data - Check CTRs and revamp design basis the learnings.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Review Criteria

·       Strong Graphic Designer Profile

·       1+ years of experience in graphic design within B2C companies working across print and digital media

·       Proven experience designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, standees, event signage, and sponsorship assets) and digital creative for social media and campaigns

·       Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.

·       Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

·       Demonstrated portfolio including both print/event assets and digital/social creatives that show consistency, storytelling, and creativity.

·       (Company): B2C product (preferred fintech)

Preferred

·       Preferred (Experience): Experience collaborating with marketing teams for on-ground events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships (designing assets for physical presence like booths, city events, etc.).

• Mandatory (Experience 1) -Must have minimum 10+ YOE in Visual / Graphic Design, Branding and Marketing Campaigns

Head and direct team providing key ideas, methods and brand positioning.

Developing strategic design plans with projected timelines.

Pitching ideas and the creative vision and communicating the project outline to the design team.

Choosing the design elements for different projects.

Overseeing the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the team members.

Analyzing market research to create more effective designs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking 3D Modelling Interns to join our asset production team. The successful candidates will work closely with our asset production team to create 3D models of retail products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D modelling software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production team members to create accurate 3D models of retail products.
• Use 3D modelling software, preferably Blender 3D to create, modify, and refine 3D models.
• Ensure that the 3D models are accurate, detailed, and realistic.
• Test and evaluate 3D models to ensure they meet design and asset production requirements
• Work as part of a production team to ensure that projects are completed on time.
• Communicate progress and issues effectively with the asset production teams.
• Participate in reviews and provide feedback to improve the asset production process.
• Continuously learn and improve 3D modelling skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a degree / certificate program in a relevant field such as Industrial Design, Product Design, or 3D Modelling.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling in Blender or similar modelling software. If not proficient in Blender, training will be provided.
• UV mapping and texturing skills are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of PBR texture workflow is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
