Job Description 

Responsibilities: 

∙Work as part of K&A Power & Renewable - Distribution team 

∙Delivery of power distribution infra projects. 

∙Diligent check and review of the deliverables to assure quality. 

∙Deliver projects on time to meet project schedule. 

Requirements 

Essential qualifications: 

∙Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical Engineering from a 

recognized University. 

∙Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant design experience in dry utilities engineering 

environment with Vendors, Contractors or Design Consultancies in 

infrastructure projects. 

∙Middle east projects work experience in dry utilities.  

∙Knowledge of IEC/IEEE Standards 

∙Well aware of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Power distribution and 

planning.  

∙Working knowledge of software Civil 3D, ETAP, AUTO CAD and Dialux. 

∙Well aware of using Dialux software for outdoor street lighting calculation. 

∙Well aware of Pump Stations Electrical design works  

∙Able to independently work on project deliverables from base design stage to 

detailed designs. 

∙Excellent English communication skills within the engineering environment

within the infrastructure projects (Dry utilities).

Strong Enterprise B2B Sales Profile with focus on Apparel & Lifestyle Industry

Mandatory (Experience 1) -Must have a minimum 8+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in Enterprise SaaS / B2B Tech Sales

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience in software selling (ERP, PLM,..) to large enterprise retail companies, preferably in Apparel, Lifestyle, or Fashion (Like Reliance Retail, Myntra, AJIO, etc)

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have experience in managing large deal sizes (minimum ₹40L ARR or above) and independently handling end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation, demo coordination, negotiation, closure

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have experience selling to CXO / senior executive-level decision makers (e.g., CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CMOs) in large enterprise accounts

Mandatory (Tools) - Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) for sales pipeline management and data-driven sales planning
