Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in

firewall management, VPNs, and enterprise networking. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Sophos firewalls, along with solid knowledge of

HPE Aruba switching and routing, to ensure secure and reliable network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network security infrastructure
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto and Sophos firewalls
• Set up and manage VPNs (IPSec, SSL VPN, site-to-site, remote access)
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities
• Implement and maintain network access control and segmentation
• Configure and troubleshoot HPE Aruba switches and routing protocols
• Manage VLANs, ACLs, NAT, and firewall policies
• Perform network performance monitoring and optimization
• Conduct periodic security audits, patching, and compliance checks
• Collaborate with Internal teams for secure infrastructure design
• Maintain documentation for configurations and security policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or B.Tech (or equivalent)
• 4–6 years of experience in network security and administration
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Sophos firewalls
• Strong understanding of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, site-to-site)
• Experience with HPE Aruba switching and routing
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing

protocols like OSPF/BGP)

• Experience with NAT, ACLs, IDS/IPS, and security policies
• Familiarity with network monitoring and security tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as:

o Palo Alto (PCNSA/PCNSE)

o Sophos Certified Engineer

o CCNA / CCNP / Aruba certifications

• Experience in data center or enterprise network environments
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure security groups, VPNs)
