Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strong Data Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings solid ETL fundamentals, hands-on pipeline experience, and cloud platform proficiency — with a preference for GCP / BigQuery expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Work with Dataform or DBT to implement transformation logic and data models
• Develop and optimize data solutions on GCP (BigQuery, GCS) or AWS/Azure
• Support data migration initiatives and data mesh architecture patterns
• Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data products
• Apply data governance and quality best practices across the data lifecycle

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Data Engineer Profile
• Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, with strong ownership of end-to-end data pipeline development.
• Must have strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline design, transformation logic, and data workflow orchestration.
• Must have hands-on experience with any one of the following: Dataform, dbt, or BigQuery, with practical exposure to data transformation, modeling, or cloud data warehousing.
• Must have working experience on any cloud platform: GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure, including object storage (GCS, S3, ADLS).
• Must have strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Must have programming experience in Python and/or SQL for data processing.
• Must have experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and troubleshooting data issues.
• Exposure to data migration projects and/or data mesh architecture concepts.
• Experience with Spark / PySpark or large-scale data processing frameworks.
• Experience working in product-based companies or data-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Strong Performance Content Creator / UGC Creator / Short-Form Video Creator Profiles (D2C / E-commerce / Wellness)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as an on-camera content creator, UGC creator, influencer, or brand face, specifically creating short-form video content for D2C or consumer brands

Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in creating high-performing short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid Meta ads, with a strong understanding of platform-native formats and trends

Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong on-camera presence with the ability to deliver scripts confidently, naturally, and persuasively, ensuring high engagement within the first 3 seconds (hook-driven delivery)

Mandatory (Experience 4): Demonstrated ability to create performance-driven content formats such as problem–solution videos, UGC-style testimonials, product demos, objection handling, before/after storytelling, and routine-based explainers

Mandatory (Experience 5): Deep understanding of hook creation, retention techniques, and audience psychology, including the ability to shoot multiple hook variations and adapt messaging for different audience awareness levels

Mandatory (Experience 6): Experience working in high-output content environments, with the ability to produce or contribute to 20–30+ short-form creatives per week through batch shooting and iterative content creation

Mandatory (Experience 7): Strong collaboration experience with marketing, performance, and creative teams, with the ability to follow structured briefs and optimize content delivery based on performance feedback (CTR, engagement, watch time)

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have an active portfolio (Instagram / YouTube / personal work) showcasing 3–5+ short-form videos featuring the candidate speaking on camera and demonstrating storytelling, engagement, and persuasion skills

Mandatory (Domain): Must have prior experience working with D2C / E-commerce / consumer-facing brands (health & wellness category preferred; in-house or UGC-based experience strongly preferred)

Responsibilities:

• REVIT Families creation and Modelling: Create, modify, and maintain REVIT families to be used in architectural projects, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, and building components. Draft the furniture layouts, finish plans, elevations and details of Hospitality projects in U.S.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate REVIT families.

• Quality Control: Ensure that REVIT families meet industry standards, project-specific needs, and BIM best practices.

• Documentation: Maintain organized records of REVIT families and their associated parameters for easy access and retrieval.

• BIM Standards: Adhere to and help develop company-specific BIM standards and guidelines for family creation and management.

• BIM Integration: Assist in integrating REVIT families into project models, coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless BIM workflows.

• Model Review: Participate in model reviews to identify and resolve any issues related to REVIT families, ensuring model accuracy and consistency.

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, especially as it pertains to REVIT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in architectural practice with a strong focus on BIM and REVIT family creation , modelling and drafting.

• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT software and demonstrated expertise in creating and managing REVIT families.

• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.

• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
