As a City Head, you will be responsible for strategizing and driving the city sales process and ensuring increase in the business for the company.
What you will do:
- Managing and driving the sales in the assigned city and also ensuring the expansion of sales in HORECA and retail
- Ensuring the city's revenue growth with P&L responsibilities
- Strategizing and implementing a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects
- Developing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with existing customers
- Identifying and acquiring new customers through professional networking
- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as various divisions as well as external stakeholders such as customers
- Managing and guiding a team of sales experts in the assigned city and thus driving sales through them
- Updating and educating the team on various products of the company regularly
- Laying down the sales planning roadmap and ensuring the execution of the same
- Monitoring the sales team performance and also motivating them to meet or exceed sales target
- Maintaining, updating relevant sales data and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals
- Monitoring customer feedback regularly and accordingly working on the same and also handling escalations, if any

What you need to have:- Graduation is a must. MBA is desirable
