Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics,WebTrends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendor.

Requirements:

- Good Experience as a Business Analyst (non-Presales experience)

- Should be involved in the entire project/product delivery cycle

- Has good understanding of Magento Application Architecture & should be able to provide feedback on same when needed

- Project or Product Analyst experience across multiple projects or a program through the entire solution delivery process and financial reporting.

- Proactively identifies when projects and/or programs are tracking off schedule, over or under budget thresholds and out of compliance with requirements & it escalates to the Project Manager.

- Makes process improvement recommendations to management, drives consistency and improve reporting

- Excellent Oral and Writing English skill including presentation skill

- Ability to Manage Client call, communication Independently

- Experienced in Preparing Large scale FRS, BRD , Wireframe ,proposal document

- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodology

- Jira Knowledge would be added advantage

- Experienced in preparing the estimation document will be added advantage

Develop marketing implementation strategies and carry-out marketing initiatives to support rapid sales growth. Lead creative efforts such as writing, designing, managing and updating marketing collateral including producing articles, presentations, datasheets, press releases, newsletters, website, etc. and organize distribution of the same. Develop new advertising material and execute campaigns and plans. Manage relationships across all company departments to ensure seamless and consistent branding, marketing messaging and communications from a corporate marketing perspective. Plan, organize and execute company participation in and marketing strategy for industry trade shows, conferences, and events. Create social media communication strategy and implement actions to increase brand awareness and support overarching marketing campaigns and objectives through social media platforms. Engage in market research and analytics to capture industry trends, project pipeline, potential leads, and direct competitor analysis and apply intel to marketing strategies. Maintain marketing collateral, branded merchandising, advertising and media files. Create digital marketing strategies, including e-mail blasts, website updates, e-mail signature messaging, social media and advertisements to enact real-time campaigns.

• Manage / Develop the marketing plan and ensure activities planned are carried out.
• Launch social media initiatives, eg sending e-news, posting articles/videos on to Linkedin, social media campaigns etc
• Help organize marketing events (in the UK)
• Drive culture of client care, for example, ensuring service standards are met
• Monitor response of marketing initiatives and follow up on leads generated

• Excellent (English) written and spoken communication skills are essential since the clients are based in the UK

• Expert in social media, including use of Linkedin, publishing videos, blogs etc and able to updating web-sites. Should have good eye for design.
