Our client is a B2B2C tech Web3 startup founded by founders - IITB Graduates who are experienced in retail, ecommerce and fintech.

Role Description : We are looking for a React.Js developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and so we are looking for a strong team player with a commitment to perfection.

Key Responsibilities -

• Developing new user-facing features using prominent front-end frameworks • Involved with and translates designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces using responsive design, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers • Takes ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of the solutions • Works collaboratively with the engineering and product solution team, demonstrates prototypes for faster feedback to keep improving the user experience • Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to the user interface, software architecture, or use of new technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications -

• 3-8 years of experience in frontend development primarily using React

• Experience in Hypertext Markup Language revision 5 (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), TypeScript and ReactJS (JavaScript)

• Thorough understanding of NodeJs & React.js(SSR) and its core principles

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• A self-starter, who loves to take on hard problems and is enthusiastic to learn new technologies and work in startup environments

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Strong OO design and coding skills using multiple stacks, and knowledge of the pros and cons of each
• 1+ years’ experience with Golang
• 6+ years application development experience
• Strong data design skills, using both SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
• Experience working with event based distributed systems
• Experience working with services in a Dockerized environment
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Couchbase, Redis, and/or PostgreSQL a plus

• Design the architecture of our big data platform
• Perform and oversee tasks such as writing scripts, calling APIs, web scraping, and writing SQL queries
• Design and implement data stores that support the scalable processing and storage of our high-frequency data
• Maintain our data pipeline
• Customize and oversee integration tools, warehouses, databases, and analytical systems
• Configure and provide availability for data-access tools used by all data scientists

• Consistently embarking an excellent first impression on call, delivering exceptional customer experience
• Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities with the help of scripts and presence of mind
• Going an 'extra mile' to create happy customers to drive loyalty and increase repeat purchase

• Design and implement business critical, high performance large scale services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams (Data, UX, QA etc.) on planning and execution.
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution and customer delight.
• Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies.
• Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments.

What will you need

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with python and a backend framework (ideally django)
• 1+ years Hands-on experience working with Javascript and JS frameworks (Angular, React)
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications large scale applications in any language or stack
• Experience working with high scale distributed systems.
• Practical knowledge of scalable software design.
• Good working knowledge of AWS
• Proficient with APIs, web protocols, OAuth, git.
• Ability to understand and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Well versed with Lean methodologies, TDD and Test Engineering and Automation.
• Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services.
• Willingness to learn new languages and methodologies.
