We are looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Assistant Manager – Marketing to lead brand, communication, and demand generation efforts across our certification, assurance, training, and digital services.
Despite the title, this is a Manager-level role in scope and responsibility—perfect for someone who thrives in autonomy, drives impact, and elevates visibility, lead flow, and brand authority.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Design and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans across service lines
• Convert technical services (e.g., ISO 27001, ESG, IRCA Courses) into compelling, value-led messaging
Brand & Content Ownership
• Define brand positioning, tone, and messaging across all collaterals
• Lead creation of blogs, case studies, videos, infographics, and social content
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
• Run SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid campaigns
• Own website lead funnels, landing pages, and MQL performance metrics
Social Media & Visibility
• Manage LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram strategy and content calendar
• Drive engagement and awareness with original campaigns and creatives
Events & Partnerships
• Manage webinars, conferences, expos, and partner promotions
• Collaborate with associations, media, and learning platforms
CRM, Automation & Analytics
• Use Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or Mailchimp for drip campaigns
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report on MQLs, CPLs, CTRs, and ROI
Collaboration & Enablement
• Align with cross-functional teams including sales, training, technical, and HR
• Support pitch decks, proposals, and internal branding
Vendor & Budget Oversight
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and digital vendors
• Track marketing budgets and campaign performance
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or Design
• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience—preferably in SaaS, consulting, certification, or training
• Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) preferred
• Proficient in Canva, Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, SEO tools
• Excellent storytelling, project management, and execution skills
