Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 8+ years of overall Software Engineering/Development experience

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 3+ years of experience as Engineering Manager / Team Lead role, with ownership of technical direction, delivery, and people management

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have hands-on Backend development experience using Python or Java, with frameworks such as FastAPI / Django / Spring / Express (Node.js)

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have Frontend development exposure using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Mandatory (Experience 5) - Must have experience designing and building APIs, services, and integrations, including system design, PR reviews, and architectural decision-making.

• 12+ years of active practice in C# .NET / .Net Core / ASP.NET Core
• Knowledge at JS/HTML/CSS with commercial development experience minimum 4 years;

Wireless Standard POS (Point-Of-Sales) is a retail management solution for the Telecom Market.

It provides thousands of retailers with features and functionalities they need to run their businesses effectively with full visibility and control into every aspect of sales and operations. It is simple to learn, easy to use and as operation grows, more features can be added on.

Our system can optimize and simplify all processes related to retail in this business area.

As a member of one of 5 product development teams you will have the opportunity to work on a very complex product with microservice architecture (50+ for now) and communicate with Product, QA, Business analytics, Architecture and Customer Support teams to help improve product quality.

From a technology standpoint you will also have the opportunity to work with and develop the following technology stack which we use in our product development:

• For Back End development we use .Net Framework technologies, C# and .NET 6 etc.

• For Front End development we use React JS framework (Typescript).

On a daily basis we use additional technology stacks including: .NET, Microsoft Azure, MS SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and many others.

• Manage performance marketing channels to maximize relevant KPIs
• Plan, create, and execute campaigns end-to-end on all channel
• Affiliate partner management
• Innovate and lead new campaign ideas
• Work with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for conversion, relevance, and customer preferences
• Acquire insights into online marketing trends in the industry and keep strategies up to date
• Create & drive strategy with the right prioritization of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on marketing spends
• Work closely with the product and business team to implement strategies
• Track and measure campaign level, ad-set level, and ad level performance and determine actionable insights
• Lead funnel building initiatives, user acquisition, conversion & retention of users
• Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and create performance reports
• Regularly optimize campaigns to continuously improve ROAS from the campaigns

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales intern to join our excellent sales team. The sales intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

Sales Intern Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.

• Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
• Updating documents and sales records.
• Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
• Observing and carrying out sales processes.
• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
• Assisting managers with negotiations.
• Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

Sales Intern Requirements:

• High school diploma or similar.
• A degree in marketing, business or similar may be required.
• Basic understanding of different Sales & marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
