Role Overview
We’re hiring a Fundraising & Investor Relations Associate who will be responsible for independently managing and executing 3-4 fundraising processes end-to-end. The ideal candidate will already have a strong network of VCs and angel investors and be able to open relevant doors for our founder and client startups.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of VC and angel investors relevant to our portfolio and internal needs
- Set up and coordinate investor meetings for the founder and client leadership
- Craft compelling investor collateral – decks, teasers, financial snapshots, etc.
- Lead and execute 3-4 end-to-end fundraising processes (from prospecting to closure)
- Maintain and update investor CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support due diligence coordination and data room management
- Stay updated with current funding trends and active investors in the Indian and global ecosystem
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in startup fundraising, investment banking, or venture advisory
- Proven track record of successful fundraise closures (at least 3-4 deals)
- Strong network of active angels, micro-VCs, and institutional funds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in a consulting firm/startup ecosystem is a plus
