Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team at Nway Technologies. The receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management: Welcome visitors and clients, ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department, and manage sign-in procedures.
• Phone and Email Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries. Monitor and respond to the company’s general email inbox.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
• Visitor Coordination: Prepare and manage visitor badges, ensure visitors are escorted as needed, and maintain visitor logs.
• Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages as required.
• Documentation and Filing: Assist with data entry, document management, and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
• Security Protocols: Follow and enforce security protocols for visitor access and office safety.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Experience in an IT or tech company is preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

We are seeking a Cloud Architect for a Geocode Service Center Modernization Assessment and Implementation project. The primary objectives of the project are to migrate the legacy Geocode Service Center to a cloud-based solution. Initial efforts will be leading Assessments and Design efforts and ultimately, implementation of approved design.

Responsibilties:

• System Design and Architecture: Design and develop scalable, cloud-based geocoding systems that meet business requirements.
• Integration: Integrate geocoding services with existing cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Security: Implement robust security measures to protect geospatial data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and geospatial analysis to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design efficient geocoding systems.
• Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, preferably with a focus on geospatial data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) and geospatial technologies are a plus.​

• Should have implemented at least 2-3 projects using React Interface (ReactJS, React Native).
• Experience with standard libraries for routing, state managers like Redux, knowledge of ES6 and Lodash.
