Roles, Responsibilities

• Effectively collaborate with project stakeholders to scope ID work
• Attend ID and Dev core meetings to understand ID requirements and plan, write and maintain concise but complete internal and external technical information (end user manuals, troubleshooting topics, compliance documentation, API descriptions) in compliance with client and team guidelines
• Independently research for relevant information and perform content reviews
• Work alongside multiple teams in a fast-paced agile environment towards providing high quality written content.

What you will be doing

• The documentation effort includes evaluation, document preparation (organize, write, capture screen images, index), editing and review with the project team.
• Ability to grasp and visualize enterprise software and infrastructure concepts.

• Work closely with the product engineering team and gain deep understanding of the product features, behaviour and requirements.

• Update and review existing documents for every release after analysing the changes. Own/Manage these documentations in central repository with a proper folder structure. 
• Organize the technical material into various categories of documents.
• Write world class technical content that is clear and consistent with appropriate diagrams, charts and screen shots of the product for better illustration as per established document standards.
• Attend cross-functional planning meetings and scrum meetings
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurate and current
