We’re looking for a UI Design Intern who’s passionate about turning ideas into clean, engaging, and intuitive digital interfaces. You’ll collaborate with our experienced design team, contributing to real projects, and learning how to craft user interfaces that delight users. What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our design team to translate project goals into visually compelling user interfaces.
• Assist in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design user interfaces that are visually consistent, intuitive, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Build visual moodboards, screen designs, and clickable flows for web and mobile experiences.
• Help maintain and improve our design system for consistency across projects.
• Stay curious and explore the latest UI design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up the design process while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Take constructive feedback to improve your designs and grow your skills every day.

What we are looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UI design and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy).
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, or similar UI design software.
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic or personal projects) are mandatory.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Passion for creating interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.

Role : Product Manager – Oracle Xstore

Work Location : Any Xebia location

Shift timings : 3 PM to 12 AM

Mode of Work : 3 Days work from office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the retail technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of Xstore POS and Oracle applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of retail operations across US , Canada, and Latin-American markets

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

Job Description

Required Skills: 

• Demonstrated and strong experience with Java Development (1.8 and above), Spring Boot, ability to design API and RESTful services, and an understanding of transactions
• Strong experience writing Microservices using Java 1.8 and above.
• Good Experience in Behavior Driven Design ( Cucumber , Gherkin ).
• Data design experience in application, noSQL, familiarity with modern technology and architecture (cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc.), and experience with SDLC tools and agile development methodology
• Experience with Angular JS preferred.
• Experience with spring cloud , swagger and devOps tools preferred
• Experience in Domain Driven Design preferred.
• Experience with Mulesoft preferred.
• Experience in SAFe Agile methodology preferred.
• Experience in building presentation layers using Front-end technologies
• Good problem solving skills and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to lead technology initiatives, develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity, an ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design document.

• Coordinating with the team to create relevant and engaging content which will add to the Recall Value.
• Audit and analyse social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
• Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement.
• Get in touch with businesses which would be interested in our services and products, both international and domestic.
• Should be active 24/7 on Social Media and ensure that Our Online Presence is always active, by liking, commenting, sharing, tagging and retweeting relevant content on all platforms.
• We need someone who knows how to reach the masses by tailor making content to attract followers.
