We are looking for highly skilled programmers with experience building web applications in Java. Java Developers are responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality, and recommending changes to existing Java-based applications, among other duties.

Java Developers need to compile detailed technical documentation and user assistance material, requiring excellent written communication.

Java Developer Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing Java-based applications.
• Analyzing user requirements to inform application design.

• Developing and testing software.
• Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
• Producing detailed design documentation.

• Skills Required: JAVA/J2EE technologies like Struts, Spring Boot, HTMLCSS, JSP, JDBC, Servlets, JSON, Eclipse, Apache Tomcat, Subversion, Springboot framework to build RESTful Web Services and Micro Services based Spring Cloud.

Role:  Java Plugin Developer

• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in building a software application using Java 
• Proficient in Core Java (OOPs, Design Patterns, Stream API, Multithreading, Generics).
• Good understanding of OSGi,Eclipse RCP and Plugin development

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other senior engineers, and management, to achieve optimal application architecture and design
2. Develop efficient, secure applications, peer-review code, and document solutions within an agile-blended software environment
3. Communicate proactively with team members, infrastructure, security, and quality assurance to continuously improve processes and engineering excellence
4. Guide and train other developers in backend technology
5. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team spread over different time zones

Skills:

1. Understanding of object oriented programming skills and data structures
2. At least 6 years of hands-on development in Java, Springboot & Hibernate
3. Should have experience in Java Multithreading, microservices
4. Experience with developing web applications
5. Expertise with in Core Java (Collections, Exception handling)
6. Experience with J2ee( Servlets, JSPs)
7. Experience with all well known database technology and object-relational mapping, experience with databases (Mysql, Mssql)

About Client : Our client is an American company that develops, manufactures and sells solar micro-inverters, energy generation monitoring software and battery energy storage products

The Back-End engineer will develop, maintain, architect & expand cloud microservices. Codebase uses Java, Spring Boot, Mongo, REST APIs, MySQL. Applications are dockerized and hosted in AWS using plethora of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

• Programming in Java + Spring Boot
• REST API with JSON, XML etc. for data transfer
• Multiple database proficiency including SQL and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB)
• Ability to develop both internal facing and external facing APIs using JWT and OAuth2.0
• Familiar with HA/DR, scalability, performance, code optimizations
